April 11, 2022 I purchased a 2013 Ford Explorer. April 12, 2022 I notified Paula that the air conditioner does not work. I was hospitalized with some significant health problems through out the corse of the year render me unable to use the vehicle for approximately 7 months total. August 24, 2022 the vehicle went in to be looked at as it no longer started and still hadn’t been looked at regarding the AC issue that rolled off the lot with. I was told the vehicle doesn’t not meet lemon law returns and that my warranty that I purchased wouldn’t cover it… total bill of $2,133.14. This past week several lights came on, brought it to a local repair shop. Almost $8k in problems noted. Including but not limited to a radiator that was never mounted an AC CONDENSER leak that was alleged to have been repaired and several other significant problems. My insurance company inspected the vehicle along with the repair shop, both of which determined the vehicle had been involved in an accident that was not reported and sold as if it hadn’t been.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: it’s a canned answer that’s provided to any complaint made.  I brought issues up on my ride home from this dealership and when it was brought in to be fixed you “did me a favor” by waiving the cost of a problem that existed while on your lot.  Subsequently, I brought other known issues to your attention and it was brushed off much like this is.

      Sincerely,

      **** ******

This vehicle was sold more than a year ago. At this point our offer is just a courtesy.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: again I will reiterate. I was sold a vehicle that had significant damage prior to its being sold.  The perception of a “courtesy” is adding insult to injury. Your one year citation is arbitrary. If it was 2 months in you would say the same, it’s a courtesy. I have the text message of your same “courtesy” when the vehicle was one day off the lot on a problem acknowledged by your staff. I have two inspections independent of each other that cite the damage as being preexisting as it coincides with a collision. The paint job on the vehicle from its original state is further indication that the damage was prior to rather than subsequent. Rather than scam more clients, it would be preferable if you would own your short comings and handle it the right way.

      Sincerely,

      **** ******

I purchased a Dodge Charger from Grace quality cars . It had ******* miles on it . The dealership told me no warranty. I thoughts I would still be protected if my car had issues so soon. The car wouldnt have passed inspection because the emergency brake was broken. Grace auto told me to bring it in and they would fix it. They fixed it then passed my car. My car wont start now . I asked them why is *************** not working in less then three weeks owning it. They said they would give me 20% off all car repairs. Are you kidding me.? So now my car is at another shop . I had to have it towed more then once since owning this beast. Do I have any rights??? Help me please

My name is *********************** and I purchased a car from graces in july. On the very first day after work, the check engine light went on. I brought it in when I could and they fixed it. A few days later its back on and I tried to get a sticker and it was rejected right away. The parking break was no good. I had graces fix it and made the mistake of letting them inspect it. It has been problem after problem. At this point I had to put a new starter in it and replace some coils. I am not happy at all and I am paying a 4 year loan on a car that I dont want. I would like to return the car and get my money back. Thank you.
