  I scheduled a hair appointment with Jess at No loose ends on 4/6. The day of my appointment she messaged me stating she was running late and to come 15 mins pasted my appointment time. Once there she was pleasant. I explained to her how Ive been growing my hair out for almost 2 years and I did not want my roots touched. I showed her 2 different pictures of what I wanted. She did NOTHING I asked for. She put BLACK strips in my hair with platinum blonde which is half white and the rest orange and nothing is BLENDED. I was charged 300 dollars with a 50 dollar tip. The next day I messaged her stating I was not liking it but she reassured me  it was because I wasnt used to it. So I gave it a few more days. I reached back out yesterday 4/10 telling her how I couldnt get used to it, it wasnt what I wanted and I wanted it fixed. She told me she would meet with me at 6:15 on 4/11 to look at it. I said all I want was her to color my hair back to medium brown. She told me I had to make ANOTHER appointment and was going to charge me another 100 dollars ! I told her that I was not paying her and that she should stand by her work. She told me she wasnt hairdresser for me and wished me luck! Im 46 years old and never have i had a stylist not stand by their work and fix what they RUINED! I want a REFUND for my 350 dollars!!!!! Im attaching pictures of before and after and the pictures I showed her.

  I already sent you an email regarding this. I gave the scam artist back her money. Not worth any more of my time. Keep up with your emails this was sent 2 weeks ago.
