On Sept 17, 2023 I placed an express delivery order ( 3 hours or less) order # ***************. The total was $133.02 that was charged to my debit and my EBT card. . My order was never delivered. There was no attempted delivery (confirmed by Walmart associate ******) as there was no notification of the shopper checking out. I tried to contact the shopper with no response, I then called customer service and a refund should have been issued immediately as the items were allegedly returned to the store by the driver. I have at least 7 calls with Walmarts customer service, billing ***** supervisors and accounts review **** over the past 48 hours. I was promised the order was cancelled and refund initiated - that never happened. I have been told that the store itself has to credit the account. That never happened. The store will not answer their calls so I can not speak with any managers of online orders. My last call was yesterday evening with ******* in the billing department who stated that the system does not allow her to refund any EBT transactions and I have to wait 5 days BEFORE requesting an escalation and then there is still no eta on when or if it will happen. She also stated this is due to state and federal regulations, yet Walmart systems have had problems refunding EBT transactions. I am a parent that is trying to keep food in the house. 5 days with no access to my funds and not knowing when or if it will actually take place is absolutely unacceptable. I paid $49 just a month ago to change the account to ********************** + assist. This is suppose to help offset the cost of delivery. There was nothing but system problems then with my non ebt orders as well. If I had the means to go into the store itself, I would have but I do not. This is not fair to me nor my family when its Walmart that is at fault. Apologies mean nothing when I cant feed my family.Initial Complaint

recent online purchase I made through Walmart. On Augset 7 2023, I placed an order for a bicycle order number *************** with the expectation of receiving a fully functional and undamaged product within the specified delivery timeframe. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. First and foremost, the bike I received arrived in a deplorable condition. The front wheel and brakes were severely damaged, making the bicycle unsafe and unusable. I was shocked to discover the extent of the damage when I unpacked the bike. This is not the quality and service I expected from Walmart.Furthermore, the delivery of the bike was egregiously delayed. I had intended to use the bike for a race scheduled for [Race date aug ******], which was the primary reason for my purchase. However, due to the excessively late delivery, I missed the race entirely. This delay not only caused me immense frustration but also financial losses as I had registered and prepared for the event.I understand that issues can arise during the delivery process, but the combined problems of receiving a damaged bike and the significant delay have left me deeply dissatisfied with my experience as a Walmart customer.I need A refund for the purchase price of the bikeInitial Complaint

7/18/2023, $244.38 On this day, I brought my Pixel 6a phone to the store to get my screen fixed because it was broken. My phone service was on the phone and while it was getting fixed, I switched my service onto an old phone. The phone was done by the end of the work day and I went to pick it up. I noticed the thumbprint function wasn't working when j got home. I brought it back to the store and the woman asked me to log out of my ****** account because she was going to hook it up to the computer and delete and re-download a system on the phone. She did this, and then the thumbprint it worked. I brought the phone home and called my service provider to put my number back on the phone. There was now a problem with putting the service on the phone. I spent an hour with them troubleshooting it, and finally they told me to go back to the place that did something to my phone. They did confirm that it was the same phone my number was on before. I brought the phone back to the store again, and the man there said that it needed a new sim card now and they didn't have any at the store. O also showed him how the keyboard wasn't responding to touch properly and he said it was the keyboard settings but he didn't know how to fix it. So, I went home and ordered a new simcard. When I got the card, I took it to my service provider store where I spent 2 hours while they troubleshooted. They couldn't get my phone service on and said they think that the repair store changed something in the motherboard when they hooked it up to the computer. I requested my money back via email to the company, and they forwarded me back to the same guy who said they would not provide me with a refund. I can't put my service back on the phone now, and I have spent so many hours trying to resolve this. I wish I never brought my phone there, I would've been better off with a cracked screen.Customer response
