On November 14, 2022, me and a group of family members attended Sakana hibachi sushi and bar located in ******* *************, we perform a phone call and we was told that the last hibachi goes on at 10:30, we proceed to gather everybody and appear at the place as soon as possible, they proceeded to set us up for the Hibachi which turned out to be a horrible experience when not even a minute or two after we started being served we has gotten started to be rush about payments. The quality was not the best, my kids absolutely did not like the food , rice was off on taste , noddles Were pealed , no color , r there was a lot of to go boxes to be asked to take the food home because we did not wanted just to spend the money , it was a total of 300 dollars. At That point everyone was feeling uncomfortable and upset that the food wasnt the best, mind you this is not my first time dear I could notice the difference in the taste of the food from previous visit, so in a nice way I asked the ladies why are they ******* us if theres people still call you no drinking liquor at a bar, one of the gentlemen explain to us that they all travel together because everybody doesnt drive, I reply to her that its a personal issue and the customer satisfaction is the guarantee, anyways we end up taking to go boxes and get left the place, while they were still ppl at the bar drinking alcohol . So I decided to call and speak to the manager which name is **** , sheSo I decided to call and speak to the manager which name is ****, she expressed that she was very sorry about the incident , and she agreed to reimbursed half of the payment, she requested my card information in my name 3 to 5 days pass by and I noticed there has been no money returned to the car, I called back now I was speaking to somebody higher than her who told me that unfortunately they couldnt reimburse me the money so I I feel completely plagued first they dont give us the best services then she promised me to give me a reimbursement and also lied to me. I need help please , there were 2 separate cards payments.
