Prior to using this company I told them in person via email and text that I have multiple allergies as well as a latex allergy. I reached out to them to notify about my illness I continue to get no response, they did send over paperwork which I sent to my medical doctors. This product states breathing asthma issue OpenCell insulation was installed May 24 2024 I moved into my home May 31 2024 I have been ill since day I moved in. Many medical appointments medications bloodwork.I have contacted the sales person ******* ******* multiple times he did come over 7/31/24 to access I have no heard from him since I called the office left multiple voicemails One person Mr ******* ************ Left me a voicemail I phoned back a few more times with no response.I continue to ask for the spec on the paint used The product is making me ill I stay out of my home as much as I can throughout the day I have stayed elsewhere over night to removed myself from this toxic environment. I have used every product in my previous home The products used by this company are the only new products I hav never used.Product to be removed at their expense entire basement cleaned. Set up air purifiers and air scrubbers. Full Refund or make this environmentally safe for me to live in at their expense.Customer response
