On sept 10,2022 I had purchased 6 adult tickets for the ghost and legends f trolley tour. The tickets were for September 24 at 6 PM. We arrived to board the trolley to find out there were no seats for us. We spoke to the man name **** and he boarded the trolley and called out every persons name on there to see if someone was on the trolley that did not belong there because they overbooked the tour. I was not the only family that was not able to board the trolley due to no seats, **** was not accommodating at all. He told us that we couldnt stand during the tour and we explained to him that we had purchased tickets to have a seat. We even purchased adult tickets for the children because we wanted them to have a seat as well. We did not board the trolley. We took pictures and video showing that there was no room for us to board. **** refuses to refund us our money, but doesnt mean that we did not boadd. I feel like I am being scammed out of almost $200 and I need to report this because I want my money back This was in no way our fault.. **** is very rude and refuses to refund our money and I feel like hes robbing us
