My 92year old father, *********************** contact ********** during the last week of December. They came out, unclogged a sink drain pipe and charged him $350. My father wrote a check. *** did not provide any invoice. The plumber told him he needed a new faucet and drain combination because it was partially dismantled and could not be put back together. *** told my father he would bring a new faucet with part of the money he paid and install it within one week. I called to schedule an appointment after he never showed up on the appointment day/time. *** did not show up for 2 additional appointments sighting COVID and other weak excuses. Finally on Feb 15 I spoke and texted with him multiple times after not showing up again to forget it and refund the money for the faucet. My father understood that amount to be $200. *** was furious, yelled at me on the phone when I told him he was not serious and is taking advantage of the elderly. He claimed he would send me back a full refund that he is a good business man. Sent me a photo of an envelope with my name and address. Nothing ever arrived in the mail. I do not want to speak with him again. He is a dishonest and cannot even keep an appointment.

I told you your father did not pay for a faucet. He dismantled his sink and i put it back together for him. I also snaked the sink that was clogged. My time is not free. The fee for snaking the drain for an emergency call was $350. Your father did get a receipt. Your father did call me, after you claimed he didnt. Did you think i just randomly showed up at his house? I never sent you a picture of an envelope. Please provide that picture so i can see where your getting this info from and i never told you i was giving you a full refund. Why would i give a full refund when i did the job i was called for? I have in text you trying to tell me to refund you $200.00. I explained i did NOT take down payment for the sink and the $350 was the charge for the job i did. Please refer to your fathers receipt, as i told you it was on the computer desk

I flew to NH to help out my aunt who just had a suspected stroke. She lost her sense of smell long ago, but when I arrived at her house, I immediately smelled sewage. I went down to her basement and went in the laundry room and the toilet was overflowing. She said she had only been using her toilets upstairs and she lives alone, so I knew she had a big problem. She told me she normally uses Daigel Plumbing and she gave me their number. I ended up leaving a message. I called the next day which was Sunday and explained to the gentleman who answered we have an urgent need for a plumber. They said they would get someone out right away and I got a call from a gentleman named *** (to this day I still don't know his last name) and he told me he was finishing up a job and he would be over when he was done. This was about 1:45 on December 4th. When the plumber still wasn't there by 5:30, my aunt asked me to reach out to him and tell him not to come because it was getting too late. I called him and he told me he got a flat and was waiting on AAA, he agreed to come the next day. He said he'd be here by 8am, he came about 11:30 am. He unclogged the drain in the laundry room and removed the pump to the septic system and did a little cleaning up. On that day my aunt gave him a check for $3000. I'm running out of space, but this gentleman came back and got 3 more checks and has not finished the job yet and he keeps telling me aunt he's coming and he never shows up. It's now January, I'm back in TX and she still can't use the downstairs plumbing. While I was still there, he received 2 checks, the one for $3000 and another $2500. I left on December 17th and he got another check from her for $2700 and one on the 19th for $4200. He never gave her a breakdown, he didn't send one to insurance as he promised and he still has not come back out. I let him know my aunt is very displeased with the service and has been telling the family he never shows when he promises.

On September 12, 2022 I googled a plumber to come to my new house to help fix a clogged drain. Contacted Drains911 but *************************** owner of ************ responded and came out that same day. Told me he would be hydro getting the pipes. He left within a total of 20 minutes later and charged me $1000 by personal check but had us write it out to Drains 911. He also told me he would need to replace all the pipes within one month, otherwise they would all burst. I told him I would think about it. He did not give me a bill or a receipt for hydro jetting my pipe and had me write the check out to ************. A week later, I had the same issue with the pipes. Whatever he had done did not work. I found a BBB accredited plumber to come today, he stated that the pipes are absolutely fine and do not need to be replaced. He also stated that hydro jetting the pipes would have completely ruined them and any licensed plumber would be able to easily know that. I also was informed that there is no way he could have possibly hydro jetted the pipes (Like *** had charged me for supposedly doing) because that is a service that would have taken at least an hour, not the 20 minutes that *** was here for. Also hydro jetting requires big equipment, and *** did not have any equipment with him when he entered or left my basement. I just did more research and found ***, ******, lost his plumbing license in 2018 and has been charged with fraud yet continues to scam.

we had a plumbing issue and called Drains 911, LLC from ******, ** @ ************. A plumber came to our house and gave us an estimate. On 6/11/22 he asked for a deposit of $800 and said he would return the next day to fix the problem.(sewage back up). He never came back. My wife called him once or twice every day for 2 to 3 without even a return call. Since the problem was still not resolved I called him in early August. He picked up immediately and once i identified he apologized profusely and said he would be over the next day. Again he did not show up nor did he return my calls and text. Later in August I texted him that i wanted my $800 back as I had hired another plumber. He begged me again once more saying he would be over the next day but never showed. My last text message from him was on the 1st of September. He never responded again
