Somerville Scout Magazine continues to take my monthly $10 credit card charge. Their website no longer exists and they dont answer emails, phone calls, or social media messages.Customer response

I tried a new communication attempt--Facebook messaging directly to the person who runs the publication according to a local newspaper article from a few years ago. After a week, the person replied saying that she is making progress with the billing company but still doesn't know where the money went. Why she waited over two years to attempt this I cannot say. I have already resolved my problem by suppressing the charges with my credit card company, which I hope won't affect my credit. I have no interest in hearing from this person again and told her so. I just hope she stops charging the subscribers who have not yet fixed their own issue.
