I received a bill for $104.00 for extra trash pick up. I initially called and emailed on May 31st to let them know I had extra trash to pick up, please bill me. I did not receive a trash pick until June 21st. My last pick up was May 24th due to missed pick up. When I called on June 21st to get my trash picked up I reminded the dispatcher (**** or ****) that when I had called 2 weeks ago I had extra trash, the dispatcher told me just put all the trash out, we will pick it up no extra charge. Then I week later I get a bill for $104.00. I spoke to the owner and **** on 7/25/23 and they ***** denied that there employee told me that and I was lying because they would never say that, and **** said I had a party or cleaned out my basement and put extra trash out to abuse them. He also said he does not have time to listen to my complaint because it is what it is. I was absolutely appalled and disrespected. At that **** explained they are charging me for 20 - 30 gallon bags because thats what the picture looks like its about that many bags. I will not pay for a courtesy that there company extended and then reneged for whatever reason. I will also not pay for 20 - 30 gallon bags which my trash bags are only ********************************************************************** for and did not display on the bill. When I asked the owner **** he said he didn't have time to look at the bill to give me the accurate price. He was rude and disrespectful, no regard for his customers that make his business. I have attached some of their reviews that will back up what I am saying about the owner and their service.Business response

May 21 customer received regularly scheduled, every other week trash pickup @7:39 am
June 7 @7:40 am trash was not at the road ,cart was full up at the garage.
June 14 10:36 received email regarding missed pickup. . Unfortunately the truck went through 7:36am.
June 21 the regularly scheduled pickup 7:40 am the driver emptied the *********; he refilled the cart and took an additional 20 bags. Which appeared to be from a graduation party.
***** did call the office and spoke to everyone in great length regarding this extra trash.
We took into consideration her trash not being out one week , however there was an extraordinarily large amount of trash for just one missed pick up.
All the employees at LeBoeuf Rubbish took the time to listen to ***** and tried to explain reason for this charge.
Every one of us at LeBoeuf Rubbish removal we do appreciate our customers and are very proud of our reliable service.

I am rejecting this response because: the company is not taking into consideration that May 21, 2023 to June 21, 2023 is a month worth of trash plus the extra trash that they extended courtesy to pick up the cost, but refuse to admit one of their employees agreed to. They cannot confirm they picked up an additional 20 bags of trash because that was a month worth of trash, and when I asked no one could confirm just a picture was sent to me, and actually the owner said he didnt have time to look into it for me. This company is being dishonest and they are not living up to their model. I am not responsible for employees mistakes. I am also not paying for dishonest gain by your company. It was a month worth of trash and the extra trash was not an additional 20 bags that was initially put out, you guys are not being honest.

Fees un disclosed $45.00 suspension Fuel surcharges Late fee Business owner refuses to send paper billing.Business owner talks over you yells at you and acts in an abusive nature when you call to complain. I do have email proof to validate this complaint.Business owner refuses to remove trash bin with in timely manner and insists on charging a removal fee of the business personal property. DUE DATE,LATE FEES AND SUSPENDED SERVICE FEES ARE CLEARLY PRINTED ON EVERY BILL EVER SENT, TO ALL CUSTOMERS. MANY PEOPLE GET PAPER BILLS, MOST TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE $12.00 DISCOUNT FOR E=BILL ONLY AND THE $14.00 DISCOUNT FOR AUTOPAY. TRASH BINS ARE DELIVERED AND REMOVED WITHIN A ***** WE DO NOT SEND A TRUCK TO EVERY TOWN IN THE ***** EVERY DAY OF THE ***** THEY ARE DONE BY GEOGRAPHIC AREA. CART REMOVAL FEES ARE DISCLOSED ON THE ORIGIONAL PAPERWORK SENT TO ALL CUSTOMERS TO DEFINE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. AN EMAIL NOTICE WAS SENT TO ALL CUSTOMERS IN JUNE EXPLAINING THE NEED FOR A TEMPORARY FUEL SURCHARGE UNTIL FUEL PRICES BECOME STABLE. EVERYTHING HAS ALWAYS BEEN CLEARLY DISCOSED. decided to go with another hauler, paid the **** ,except the removal fee, of 70 dollars..and some cert letter thing for 7.38...spoke with some guy named *****....and was told it was in the contract that there was removal fees....i said i would gladly pay the fees , if i was sent a contract with my signature on it...stating there is a fee for the cart removals...and stated , i would be happy to pay the fee for the contract, signed by me , to be mailed to me...instead , *****, refused to send the contract...( because there isnt one)...and said he will present it to the court, when he files against me.....Business response

THERE IS A $35.00/ CART TRUCKING *** FOR CART REMOVALS. WE ARE IN THE TRUCKING INDUSTRY AND CHARHE FOR TRICKING WHEN CUSTOMER REQUEST IT. THE ONLY EXCEPTION IS IF OUR TRUCK BREAKS A CART WHILE IN USE, WE DO NOT CHARGE THE CUSTOMER TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE ***** WHEN CUSTOMERS MOVE OR CHANGE PROVIDER THEY DO SO FOR THERE CONVENIANCE SO THEY ARE RESPONSABLE FOR THE TRUCKING. THAT IS HOW COURTS RULE ON THE MATTER. WHEN A CUSTOMER REFUSES TO PAY FOR THE SERVICE HE HAS REQUESTED WE DO NOT PROVIDE ADDITIONAL SERVICES THAT HE WILL LIKLEY REFUSE TO PAY FOR AS WELL. WE DO SEND A CERT.MAIL RRR TO VERIFY ADRESS THAT IS REQUIRED BY THE ****** THE *** IS BILLED TO CUSTOMER. IF THE CUSTOMER THINKS WE ARE BREAKING A LAW HE SHOULD REPORT IT TO THE ATTY.GENERAL, THEY WILL PUT US IN JAIL FOR A CRIME. I entered an arrangement with LeBoeuf Rubbish removal. I signed a contract, march 30, 2022 and had made a prior payment of $141.00 (3/28/22) for service. The contract states that the first recycling was to be picked up 4/5/2022 and first waste pick up is 4/7/2022. I placed the trash cans at the top of the driveway, away from the mail box, on the street. The recycling was not picked up at all on 4/5/2022. I called and followed up on 4/6/2022 at 9:05 and was told that the driver marked it as picked up at "9am 4/5/2022" and that the person that I spoke to would follow up with the driver. I hadn't heard anything by 230 and followed up. I spoke to one representative who said that they couldn't pick the recycling up again until 4/19/2022 and that I should just "throw the excess into the trash". They said that they were not able to prorate the service for the missed week and that I wasn't able to resolve the issue by bringing the recycling to them.Business response

IF WE CREDIT THE $4.00 THEN HE WOULD BE CHARGED FOR THE OVERAGE AND THAT FEE IS HIGHER. I SPOKE TO CUSTOMER AND HE IS UNHAPPY. WE BOTH AGREED HE MAY BE HAPPIER WITH ONE OF THE OTHER HAULERS SERVICING THE AREA. WE WILL REMOVE CARTS AND CREDIT SERVICE THAT WAS PREPAID BY HIS CREDIT CARD. A REFUND HAS BEEN SENT TO HIS CREIT CARD. WE WILL NOT CHARGE HIM AN REMOVAL FEES NOR LIQUIDATION FEES. WE ARE NOT A PERMITED TRANSFER STATION AND NOT ALLOWED BY LAW TO TAKE TRASH NOR RECY.AT OUR FACILITY. I have been having health issues for the past month and a half. While I was in the hospital for the past week, and I had reported that to them. I get emails saying they are going to take me to court and send the sheriffs to my house. They are very rude people. If you give google, yelp, Facebook etc etc you will see this is a recurring problem with these guys. I paid my bill and canceled service only to be told I signed a contract(which I did not) and would be charged over 400 hundred dollars for canceling 36 months early. They are unprofessional, rude and show no care.Business response

The fact this man says he did not try to charge me an early termination fee is an outright lie, I have the email that states there is an early termination fee of 421.20. It's just more games from these crooks. Ive spoken with several people people who have had the same horror stories as myself. It is also an outright lie that I did not inform them of me having health issues. I spoke with them on the week of the 13th when they called and informed them of my health issues and told them what was going on with me. If his excuse is it's not in the computer we weren't informed is nothing more than a childish lie to get as much money as he can. When I did call this man was yelling at me and threatening me that he was going to send the sheriff's and take me to court for the past balance of 164.50. To which I had to interrupt his yelling and cursing at me fresh out of medical care to say it's been paid and I want to cancel my service. That's when he got really upset started yelling even more. I did not deserve that and promptly hung up. He called back a few times and I was not going to deal with a unstable person yelling at me for canceling a garbage service. As with the other 100+ negative reviews on google, yelp, Facebook and here. There is a running theme of them doing this. I never signed a contract let alone for 5 years of garbage service. They also put things off on an automated system saying it's not us it's them is is very snakey and unprofessional. Seems they have a way of putting off blame on computers a lot. This is not a satisfactory way of treating people. They are bullies and have zero care for people.Initial Complaint

We have used this trash company for years. We canceled our service to switch to a different company. Leboeuf is trying to charge me for barrel pick up fees. I asked for documentation showing that I knew about these fees. The person emailed back and told me he would be taking me to a court magistrate and provide the documents then. I have researched complaints against this company and this same issue has happened to so many people. Rather than trying to resolve this issue with me they are threatening me with a hearing. If this company has documentation proving that i have a contract that states retrieving the barrels would be $35/ barrel they should send that to me before taking me to court.Business response

IT WOULD BE UNFAIR TO LET THIS EXPENSE AFFECT THE BILLS OF THOSE WHO ARE NOT MOVING. ALL RUBBISH COMPANYS CHARGE THESE SAME FEES AND HAVE BEEN DOING SO FOR DECADES.
