On May 5,2022 I tried to sign my daughter up for driving lessons on the website. After filling out all required info which included my payment info I hit submit. The website refreshed and was on the same page for me to fill out my info. There was no confirmation of my registration going through and I also didn't receive any emails. The website states that there is a fee if you double register and to call if you have issues during registration. I did this and was told they have no info on file that I registered and to try again. When I did this my credit card was denied and when I looked into this I saw that I had been charged. I called back and apparently the women doesn't know how to handle customer issues because of how rude she was. She told me that if I was charged it wasn't more than a hold. She talked over me and told me she hated parents like me and didn't want to deal with me or my child. Parent like me who pay her business a ridiculous amount of money which pays her to have a job. Anyways I would like my money credited back to my credit card seeing that it was in fact posted to my account on 5/6/22 and is still on my credit card balance.
