      Go with Target. I've used several painters, and I have never had the excellent level of quoting and detailed Statement of Work, customer service responsiveness, crew professionalism, quality of prep work and painting, and ability to deliver on my timeline. I am not easily impressed, but ****, *********, and team knocked it over the Green ********

      Horrendous nightmare! I contracted them in June to start the second week in August about 5 to 7 days. The day they were supposed to start no show/no call. They will try to say that they were supposed to start the following day but that was not the conversation. Started 8/25. Throughout the whole process it was nothing but excuses from the supervisors. They did not finish the project until September 13. None of the managers had a copy of the contract with descriptions and pictures. There are items written into the contract that were were not necessary and removed and credited. Communication to the client was horrible. Managers tried to make their own decisions about the job without consulting me. They ripped out about 6 feet in length of plants without notifying me. It was unnecessary. They werent even going to tell me about it. They had to redo several things because of shoddy workmanship. I got excuses all the time. They tried to put in the incorrect threshold again they werent following the contract. It took another week or so to finally get the new threshold and then place it inside my doors. They used the wrong color staining on the decking and had to be re-sanded and redone. Again no consultation with me. Throughout the whole process there was nothing but arguing with me and pushing back and making excuses. " we have 40 jobs at the same time." *********** did not speak or understand English and it was only because of my calling that supervisors would come out who spoke English. Communication was the worst. They are over priced there is shoddy workmanship that needed to be redone they wanted to cut corners and tried to rush the job but when they did they did poor work and had to come back. Sanding was poor had to be redone several times. Replaced shingles that didn't need replacing and triedI would recommend that they forget about driving around in Teslas and put more money into the workers who dont even have masks or goggles for sanding work. OSHA violation!

      We hired this company to paint some interior space in our home. It appears that much of the painting that was done was never properly prepped or sanded before the paint was applied. The paint is already peeling and the old painted surface shows a smooth and un-sanded surface.The painting itself was not carefully done . The walls at the celling are not straight, it's a wavy line.Paint was dripped on doors and floors that were not even in the rooms they were painting. Furniture ,including a king size bed, was moved and not put back in place. They painted a room that was not supposed to be painted! We were away during the process which was a huge mistake. They need constant supervision and no one spoke English. They also required payment in full before we returned home to inspect the job. Hiring this company is a big mistake. I would not suggest using this company. We have asked them to come back and they have not responded. Frankly we don't think they are capable of doing the job correctly. They were supposed to do a phase 2 when we returned but we hired another company for phase 2 and it was done to perfection. When they saw that they lost phase 2 they made no effort to correct the multitude of issues, too many to list.

      Target Painting has tried to remedy the issues that the homeowner has spoken of but unfortunately, those days and times we were available never worked for him and he did not allow us at his home. On the days we were able to go back (we have returned 4 times specifically) the homeowner or his representative walked around with our team members and said all the work looked good upon our team leaving and then we were contacted a week or two later each time with more issues. His representative is the person that pointed our team to the wrong bathroom while he was away, saying that bathroom was the one that needed to be painted. However, Target Painting did then complete the painting in that bathroom and the correct bathroom at no additional cost to the homeowner. We have once again offered to return and take care of the homeowners concerns but he said he does not want us there.

      Our representative made NO such identification of a bathroom to be painted. This was also impossible because there was NO supervisor and the workers did not speak English. We had a contract and the bathroom designated to be painted was NOT the room painted. They painted the master bathroom in the colors and finishes of their choosing.( It did not need to be painted at all.) They damaged an expensive light fixture in the process. The biggest issue was the lack of prep work that was not done in the rest of the house. Paint is already peeling off the trim and the ceiling. It is obvious that the existing paint surfaces were not sanded or properly prepped. Painting is 80% prep, 20% painting. They did the 20 % and even that was not done well. There were drips and splattered paint in multiple places and the paint line at the ceiling and wall is a wave, not straight at all. The stair risers were not done correctly. The divided light windows that were supposed to be done were not sanded as well. The bathroom that they did come back to paint is already peeling. I have zero confidence that these folks would correct the issues without a massively invasive project which is why they did the work while we were away to begin with. We don't have confidence that it would ultimately be done correctly without total supervision on our part which would be difficult because none of their workers spoke English. We paid them in full in advance and did not receive what we paid for. We have turned the matter over to our attorney to collect for damages.
