Paid $15,000 for new heating system in March 2023 for our property at *************************************************** ****.Contractor promised $2,000 rebate through **** Save.We gave him all pertinent info (National Grid and Eversource account info) to apply.We started reaching out to him this summer asking for an update ( emails, voice mails and text messages) all with no response.I have reached out to Mass Save and they indicated they have no requested rebate from our contractor, saying they needed an Application ID from him or a reference number.We have no paperwork from him except an email indicating the system he was going to install.We are not unhappy with the work that was done, just want the rebate that was promised.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.
my husband and I both reached out numerous times in different ways ( ie., text, email and voice mail) with no response at any point
