Nov 15, 2023 | Order# *************** | Total $469.79{-34.00 protection plan that is useless offered through Walmart.com }Flower Futon Couch, Vintage Style Blossoming Flowers Pattern Colorful Nature Composition in Pastel Tones, Daybed with Metal Frame Upholstered Sofa for Living Dorm, Loveseat, Multicolor, by Ambesonne $399.99 Nov 24 an issue with tracking occurred was resolved Nov 30 by Dec 7, 2023, the right half of the futon frame showed twisting of the support slats for the right side and right middle sections After contacting 3DeKor LLC and sending pictures they offered to send a replacement frame Only and then nothing further was done after repeating emails through Walmart.com ask a seller a repeat the process of sending the same pictures again an apology and offering to send a frame ASAP and by Jan 5, 2023. Nothing was sent and they offered a 50% refund to "Apologize" for the situation I researched before I launched my complaint and through ******************* reviews, and this Site have seen a pattern of consumer abuse in either defective goods or failure to complete refunds or offered resolutions { I am also aware they are not accredited by the BBB in the area but am still resolved to alert the BBB } I purchased this item in good Faith and THEY offered to resolve it by a Replacement Frame ONLY and since the items ship in 3 separate boxes the ***** being one of 3 can not understand how their offer is an issue or hardship for the company I will offer in evidence the Photos and a file with the original emails but as there are more than 20 + emails over the time starting from Nov 24, 2023, to Jan 6,20224 they may need to be forwarded if my file with the downloaded emails can not be opened Again I am seeking the resolution offered by 3DeKor LLC of their own free will to replace the frame due to a manufacturer defect with knowledge or unknown by 3DeKor LLC that does not allow for safe useCustomer response

Business sent a frame that was also defective and unable to be used in total after detailing this issue they only responded informing me of the shipping of the 2sd defective frame
and nothing further the company appears to be knowingly and willfully defrauding those who purchase items offered through various online sales portals and I have kept open my Complaint with the MA Attorney General concerning their behavior

I ordered curtains on the 1 of dec on the 6th said it was shipped post office says it is still waiting for the item today is the 11th and nothing ******* held 240 for that order charge was 89. And change ******* won't refund held money and the company refuses to mail my productCustomer response

9/20/22 To Whom it may concern:I have been requesting a refund from 3DEKOR since June 2022. I have called them, and no one picks up. I have emailed them with no response, other than what I have attached. I have enclosed the email with them with a response of them stating to just reaching out to ******** I explained that ******* will not do the return. I then shipped the item back to them for a refund. I have enclosed the receipt that I shipped it back and it was received on June 28, 2022. You will see the letter that I included with the return shipment. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. On top of the $18.55 for the cost of shipping. There is also the cost of the bedspread itself. The bedspread was returned in its original packaging and there is no reason I should not get a refund!!!!I told them the credit card used I no longer had, and stated I would like a ******* Credit or a check for the amount mailed to me ********************* *******************Customer response

I purchased a lunarable Beige headboard last july 16th, 2021. For ****** plus tax **** total ******. I had it for a few months before opening it. Once i did it was not at all what i expected. I bought it thru Amazon, and for some reason none of my past purchases are on there. So i just returned it at **** for an addtional ***** on May 29 2022. Ive been emailing with a customer representative who doesn't explain anything, or now is not responding. Now they have the product and my money.Initial Complaint

i bought this fitted sheet off ******* web site but this company isent sending it to me i tryed to call and i got no answere and on ******* web site there is no tracking information i want my money back i think they are trying to scamme out of ***** not going to happen please help me you have been such a great help to me before i want my money back
