Date of Transaction: August 16, 2024 I paid roughly $175 to get my window tint removed and an inspection done. I cannot remember the exact figure. My dispute is that, I asked the business to provide me with these services, and when I came back to retrieve my vehicle, my dashboard was chemically bleached. I told the business this was not how I gave them my vehicle and they maintained that this was not their doing. I attempted to clean the stain off that day, but was unsuccessful. I went back the next day and the business tried cleaning it off, but to no success. They still didnt accept fault. My father became involved and attempted to reach out to them to speak to a manager. The manager was not in office when he called and he was told the manager would call back. The manager never called back, so my father called again complaining the he never received a call back. The manager denied this and said he tried calling. My father pressed the issue at hand saying that my dashboard was bleached after their services and they continued to deny it. I obtain photos of my vehicle before I brought it to get serviced to prove that it was not damaged before I got to the shop. I want the business to pay for the replacement of my dashboard and for the detail that had to be done on the dashboard following the incidentCustomer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.
