Dear Sir,Over a month ago I sent my son[who is blind] and in a nursing facility because he cannot walk. His braille writer quit working so I sent it in to Perkins repair solutions to be fixed which they received quickly. On April 18th the man called said it was fixed and was sending that day FREE MATTER FOR THE BLIND . I paid him the $150 fee for fixing. It is now May 20th and I have never received it back. At first when I called about it they never returned my phone calls. So I emailed. At first they said, give it more time and there was no tracking number. Now I have emailed them more times and they will not respond, I called got the machine, left a message. they will not return my calls. At first I told them they should send a writer of equal value to replace his since they had no idea where his was as he would very much like to have his writer.If they would send and his finally turned up, then I would return the loner. They cost around $800 new. They are located at ******************************************************. Phone number **************.Associated with Perkins school for the blind which my son attended. I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.
They have responded but will answer my question as to a refund or another braille writer. They won't even respond as to my last 2 emails.I still have not received the item, I am beginning to wonder if they sent it at all. Suppose to have been sent 1st part of April.
