Truck was parked illegally in a 24/7 no parking zone not even for just like drop a package and run which hindered my exiting of the garage and cause the door to close and shatter my back glassBusiness response

You not our customer.Clearly it show on a video this is issue with a building gate not our company police report was made for incident NOT accident because gate in all apartments was not supposed to close while abstracted.Video is clear evidence and received by our team. Calling us 20+ times from No called ID represent you by swearing creaming and yelling on a phone with everyone you not going to get anywhere. Your future calls from you will be recorded. This is BASSELESS. I showed it to our lawyer he agreed with me legal issue has to be address in court and I strongly encourage that you stop harassing us and speak with your apartment complex as police told you.Initial Complaint

they left half my products behind from the old address to the new address very unprofessional they disassembled pieces of furniture refused to reassemble them. They also broke one of the things they took apart, scratched up the floors at my brand, new house, then overcharged us when by three hours from them, just sitting around, doing nothing from in between taking things out and putting them on the truck we even fed them lunch then I had the audacity to say we werent paying them a tip not paying a tip to somebody that is very unprofessional very rude very ignorant. I spoke with the owner **** last night whos guaranteed theyd be here today May 2 to reassemble everything they would be here at 8 oclock and they did not show up. I stopped payment on that check because they did not show up on time then that was yesterday May 1. Theyre still not here its 9:22 AM May 2 as promised that they would be here to reassemble everything they did not put anything in the rooms that they were asked to put them in they did what they wanted and on top of it I have two bathrooms the heavyset gentleman Peed in my bathroom upstairs with the door open and Peed all over my seat. They are very unprofessional. Its disgusting. I want to write an apology and I want them to come put my stuff back together they disassembled three beds put back together too. They also took my headboard a pot and didnt finish put the main piece to my headboard back didnt reassemble the third bed. They disassembled my mirror off my dresser then lost the brackets the dress it was a gift to me from my late husband. It was a $10,000 bedroom set not fair. they set pictures that are worth thousands and thousands of dollars in a Pio with no regards the picture of that is sent to you. One of them has the New England Patriots Super Bowl rings in it along with the Super Bowl tickets $30,000 picture and they just threw it in the corner.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. and the landlord threw out our stuff that was left behind that **** the manager promised to come the next day and get and put back together the stuff the took apart and while
and i notice. that they broke the brackets to my mirror and the 3 leg
to my dresser. and broke a few other things

I received a moving quote on Friday May 27th at 4:43 pm for Between $520-$680. My quote was $560. I am a 25 year old grad student, I do not have a lot of stuff. Move was confirmed for June 2nd , arrival time between 1-2:00pm. They arrived at 11:00. I was not ready yet and I had the elevator reserved at my current and new apartment building between 1:00-4:00. ****, the owner of the *** said he worked in my building before, so he should be aware of need to reserve elevators for move. They charged me $770 for the move. I paid it. *********************************************************************** an additional $330. I spoke with my parents, they both confirmed that I was overcharged. My mom reached out to ****, he said the elevator had not been reserved in one building( which is incorrect) and that I did not complain about anything during the move. **** offered$100 check for any inconvenience . My mom refused the offer and told **** he wasn't being honest and that if he did not refund me $300, we would file a complaint with the BBB. In retrospect, I should have called my parents for advice. Felt rushed and unsure of myself. I just want a fair deal. My move should have cost much less. I have a couch, bed, small kitchen table and about 20 boxes of clothes, dishes, etc. It was not a big move at all. If they arrived as planned per quote , all elevators were reserved and move should have been quite easy. I did not complain about the movers themselves, they did a good job, but rather it was lack of transparency and manipulation of the truth, and being overcharged. Thank your for your review! Sometimes moves takes longer and we need to pay to our guys to complete the job, if you don't want to pay you can just stop movers and they will stop working. Sometimes customers don't realize that they have more stuff they they anticipated and at the end of the day there is a surprise on a charges however online quote that you received was slightly incorrect. Which usually is the case. Difference between $100-$300 is normal based on your online quote(industry average),We offer you a refund for $100 but your Mom refuse to accepting and writing a complain saying we will have to refund your daughter $300 for work that we done. Because of the incorrect online quote. Your mom was a first to call and complain Our actual customer never complain to the movers at the job cite, even though your mom was never at the job site she was called after to demand $300 from us.Initial Complaint

I used Born To Move for my move from MA to **. They told me that they had insurance - their moves were insured - and that they would secure all furniture and we would be in charge of boxes. They did not wrap half of our things and as a result of their negligence, items we damaged. After our move, I reached out to them with photos of damage and they are not returning my calls or emails. I called the insurance companies listed on their website andtheir company is not registered with either of those companies. They REFUSE to compensate me for my damage. They have NOT returned any of my calls or emails. I called from a different number yesterday and they picked up saying "I was on vacation, I will look at the emails and call you." which was a lie! He never called back. I called at least 20 times and emailed several times. Apparently, they do not take responsibility of my damage. I wonder if they are even insured! Very unethical! As proof - photos of damage and invoice are uploaded. 1- A part of the leg of the antique table is completely broken and the sides are scraped - it cannot be really fixed. 2-Exercise vibration machine equipment is completely destroyed and unusable. It is $350. They did not even wrap this in a blanket or anything else. The display is broken - wheels are gone - missing - power cord is missing as well.Completely unusable and broken.3- The holes on the couch.4- Patio set - scratches because again, these weren't secured properly.5- Bookshelf: completely broken. 6- Chair - the top part is tornCustomer response
