  On 11/11/22 we visited Vows to shop for a wedding gown. When I found the dress I loved, I was measured and a dress was ordered. I had been shopping in the plus size section of the store. When I was measured I found it odd that I was told they were ordering a smaller size that would fit if I lost 5 pounds. I went to pick up my gown on 3/3/23. My dress doesnt come close to fitting, despite the fact that I have lost more than 5 lbs. when I expressed my concerns they measured me again and said I gained an inch and a half. Even if I gained 3 inches, the dress they ordered me wouldnt fit. There needs to be about 6~7 more inches for this to zip. They didnt care and just gave me the name of a seamstress. In my opinion, they are responsible for ordering the wrong size (not a plus size either). When we tried to solve this in the store, we were just rushed out. I have gone to another salon and ordered a new gown, ironically from the same manufacturer. They measured me as a size 20. In looking at the size chart, I should have never been ordered a size 16 unless I was planning on losing 20 to 30 pounds. I will gladly return the dress and veil for a full refund as this is not my fault
