NextGen is one of the best companies I have ever contracted with. They were responsive, prompt, professional and knowledgeable. They fixed problems with my roof that the prior contractor had covered up. I am so pleased with the quality and timely response that I will be engaging them next spring to replace several large picture windows with energy efficient ones.Review from Marjorie M

I like everything about this company. Mitch, project estimator made it easy for me to manage this roof project. The crew is most efficient and they did a wonderful job. I highly recommend their services.

We are extremely happy and impressed with the roofing job NextGen did for us. From start to finish, we would give them the highest rating. Matt came, inspected our roof and and explained what needed to be done. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and very professional. James came with his crew in the time frame we were promised and we were impressed again with how knowledgeable and hard working they all were. They were very respectful of our property and landscaping, and left our yard immaculate. They were all very friendly and were even patient and friendly with our dog!We couldn't be happier with this company. This company is a stellar choice for all your roofing needs. We were quoted by several roofing companies for a full roof replacement. Nextgen was a little more expensive than some of the other quotes we received, but with the thorough inspection they did we felt they were the right choice for our home. Everything was explained in detail. The estimate was so very detailed that even I could understand it! Matt was quite knowledgable about the products. He explained that there are surely cheaper ways to do the job. But he explained that Nextgen is "High value, Low Risk". Meaning that if there was ever any issues or concerns, we could count on NextGen to be right there for us. Throughout the process the amount of communication was amazing. Every step of the way was explained in detail, exactly what to do and what to expect. NO SUPRISES. Haleigh, in the office is quite nice. she is always pleasant to speak with. Brian, what can I say. This is the person that put us most at ease. After first speaking with him, my husband was so at ease that he didn't even pay attention to the rest of the process. He knew we were in good hands. Our new roof looks great. We couldn't be happier with our choice. Since then our daughter too had her roof done. Again, stelar service and communication second to none! We will recommend Nextgen to anyone. After our. experience we would work with this company for any home improvement. they are quite special.
