Nouria ********* Station at ************ is illegally charging a $ 2.00 for when patrons like myself use our **** *** **** card to get $ .10 off per gallon. On May 5th, I used my Stop and Shop Card to get $ .20 off gas at this station. I saw that ****** ******** ****** ***** deducted $ 2.00 off my credit card without my permission or notice. There are no signs posted at the gas pumps notifying consumers of this charge for using your credit card as well as your *********** card.Business response

The complaint has been resolved to the guest's satisfaction. This was a misunderstanding, and the $2 charge was a legitimate charge for using an air machine on the property.

On Friday January 6, 2023 around 3:00 P.M. I went in to get an oil change. I have been going to them for some time. This time when I went in they were completely rude form the start. I ignored it and went to go wait in the waiting groom. As I was going in the man asked me "Do you want synthetic or what"? I stated I wanted what I had last time it was around $42.00. He couldn't hear me and asked again what I said. I repeated what I said and then stated I would like washer fluid as my light was on. He stated he would if he had any. Upon paying the bill came to $89.95. I asked why and the other man said because I asked for wipers. I said no I didn't I asked for fluid as my light came on on my way there. He left the waiting room and came back with the other man who looked pretty angry. I'm there with my 7 year old also. I said I'm sorry you couldn't hear me but I said washer fluid. Both men began to yell at me in front of my child and tell me I said wipers. I said again "No, I did not and please take them off". One of the men said he couldn't take them off and they were "broken anyway". I said they shouldn't be broken I just got them two months ago. They continued to keep arguing with me even after I said "F it, I will pay for it". He gave me a coupon for a half off car wash and I said "No thank you. I'm never coming back here." Then he stated "good". He then said I was rude and I told him to stop talking to me as I was paying. The other man then slammed his hand down on the cash register twice. I got out of there immediately after paying as I was very intimidated and my son was scared. I would like a refund. I have attached my receipts. As you can see one has been ripped as the man ripped it off the register angrily.Customer response

Yes, I only want a refund for the wipers. Both men were intimidating and rude. They continued to yell at me even when I asked them to stop talking to me as I said I would pay just to get out of the situation.Business response

BBB spoke directly with the business and they advised that the staff members involved all heard that the consumer asked for windshield wipers. When the consumer said that she meant the windshield wiper fluid and not wipers they offered to take the wipers off but the consumer declined and said she would pay the bill.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I asked them point blank to remove them and put my old ones back on as they were pretty new and they said they could not do that. They are lying.
