I signed a contract with Eazy-Way Contracting LLC on 4/21/23 to have my driveways resealed and cracks filled. **** ***** is who I signed with and gave a deposit of $500. After contacting them several times by phone and text they finally came on August 5th. They did my neighbor first and then mine. When starting mine, **** asked for cash, which I didnt have, but went to bank and got it. I bought them pizza and drinks. It was very hot that day. I believe there were three guys and ****. They put up tape and stakes and I was advised not to drive on it for two to three days. I didnt drive on either driveways for two weeks. Once I did, I noticed they didnt fill in the cracks. The driveways had a lot of white showing and didnt cover all of the area. I contacted Eazy-Way Contracting, and spoke with ***, ***** cousin and said the cracks werent filled. He gave me ***** number. I contacted **** and he agreed to come back. He told me the correct way to seal is fill the cracks first and then seal. He didnt do that. I pointed out areas of concern and **** said he would come back in the Spring to reseal both driveways. I asked him to sign the contract to that effect and he wouldnt. He said, I had his word! I was reluctant to leave it that way, but he did show up to fill the cracks. (I have pics of issues that we addressed). I started calling him back in May and still have. He promised me definitely in July end of July. Called again and again, he then said, he has a second job because he bought a house on *****************. He wasnt able to get the time off, so now promised me the week of August 12th. I said, what if it rains? He said, not to worry, I have God on my side. I started calling him that week and wouldnt answer my calls. I then started texting him and still no response. I called this morning and he didnt answer. $5000 is a lot of money for a senior citizen on a fixed income! Please resolve this issue. ***** number is ************. I hired Eazy Way contracting to resurface and sealcoat my driveway. The resurfacing was completed in November of 2022. The owner, ***, said he would reach out to me in August of 2023 for sealcoating (which was included in original contract pricing and paid for). I have not heard from him and he has not replied to multiple inquiries by me.
