      This was the company providing our major medical gap insurance. On May 3, 2023 I had a medical emergency. That night I had chest pain, and was taken by ambulance to the ER. They found nothing that night, and no sign of a heart attack. I then had a follow-up stress test to make sure there was no blockage or concerns, which also came back negative for concerns. In the months that followed, the company sent several letters requesting permission to contact previous medical providers, which we agreed to. We never received any bills from the medical providers or notification from the insurance provider on the status of claims. When we logged into their online portal, only a couple small claims were showing up. Now, a year after the incident, the medical providers are telling me all the claims have been denied. When I log into the online portal for International Benefits Administrators, it now shows 15 claims that have been denied. We received no notifications from the insurance company. I have emailed the company seeking answers multiple times with no response. When you call, wait times are 2-3 HOURS. Once we waited over 90 minutes before it disconnected us. Twice we have been prompted to leave a message and they would call us back. We have never received a call back. I understand sometimes medical claims are denied. My concern and complaint is that I have received no notifications of why these claims are denied and if there is anything that can be done. It's frustrating to pay $953 a month for coverage and then not only get denied on claims, but being unable to get answers from the company.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 21686579. At this point the company has reached out to me and is working to address the concerns. The issue is not "resolved" but is being addressed.

      HI! I have been paying *********** underwritten by ******** **** $262.74 every month for 12 months, this is my health insurance for me and my child my receipts come from my doctor bills goes to International Benefits Adminstrator Ive been to the doctor a few times and everytime I do, after the dr office attempts to run my insurance, the bill comes to me because they are unable to reach International Benefits Keeper Same when I try to reach them, it says hold call 120 min and I get a return call saying no agents are available to help I have an encrypted email chain where I was seeking reinbursment from International Benefits Keeper, for the first small DR bill I was forced to pay out of pocket. this srtarted in August. They keep giving me the run around and telling me to ship the bill various different PO boxes and to forward it to different departments, all in vein. The only reason they respond to me is because I mentioned my next step is to contact BBB At this point I have a various dr bills I paid, an ER visit, and I'm getting surgery tomorrow, I was just. informed today by the surgeon office that they cant contact my insurance and I have to pay out of pocket I would like my money back from this company for my premium only. They havent paid nor even been available to received a single medical bill. this is a scam can you help? ive included 11 of 12 receipts of my payments Thanks

      can I have confirmation that my case is received and I should wait to be contacted?

      Also Id like like to cancel my policy with ***********/ international benefits keeper before they charge me another month. will this hinder my complaint agaonst them for the past 12 months?
