      I work with the billing department of a medical practice and we have 5 separate claims from November and December of 2023 that are still unpaid by IBA after multiple attempts to check claims status on the "Provider Portal" which is absolutely useless, and multiple attempts trying to reach the claims department and experiencing "Hold" times of over 100 minutes, then getting disconnected. We leave a callback number and no response. I don't know how it is possible that this company is still in business. I hope the company is under investigation and I advise anyone looking to enroll or use this unprofessional, fraudulent third-party administrator to run far away from it as fast as you can! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in billing!

      In June 2024, while covered by International Benefits Administrators, I went to the ER and submitted my insurance card. I got a bill for $3200 and have spent 8 hours today and several hours these last few months getting bounced around from various phone numbers or websites. I called one number they gave me and it was a busy signal. The other number was for a nonexistent business. My provider has sent my claim to the MD po box on the back of the card in June, but no reply. This is unbelievable! I spent almost $2000 on coverage and used it once and now owe another $3200. I'm a single mother in one of the richest counties in Virginia, working three jobs to make rent. I feel lied to and stolen from. I too will be filing a report with the Department of Labor

      I unfortunately had this insurance company when I needed an appendectomy. They never paid a single one of the bills. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, by both myself and the hospital. Despite the claims being sent repeatedly. Despite a complaint with the BBB- after which they actually did contact me, to assure me they were going to handle the claims- and then never did. Not only did they not handle the claims, they never even acknowledged them or even denied the hospital claims- which meant the hospital was less inclined to negotiate with me for the $55,000 bill. The ONLY time this "insurance" company ever actually does anything is to call you when you stop paying the premium. For THAT they have agents and time, but for helping you with your claims or responding to said claims in any way- no ones available, ever. This is a **** company and I intend to file a complaint with every agency and every resource available. They left me high and dry and won't even answer phones or emails. They should not be allowed to do business as they are and I sincerely hope to significantly contribute to letting people know about them.

      One of the most incompetent companies that I have had to deal with. They refused to correct EOBs I had an EOB 5049 was billed by the hospital my discount was 4924.84 the allowed amount was 124.16 which was applied to my deductible but the eob still says Patient Responsibility is 5049.00 They refuse to change it. Stating that is correct and the hospital can charge me whatever they want. Why would we need insurance if it doesn't matter. You will always speak to customer service in another country and they can not assist you. PLEASE PLEASE Stay clear of this company. This was not the only EOB they couldn't get correct. They also say they never received bills from providers. And the providers have said if they do pay it takes forever. I am forced to File a complaint with US Dept of Labor.

      I have been paying International Benefits Administration underwritten by Multiplan and this was my health insurance for me. My doctor bills went to International Benefits Adminstrator. I had a medical treatment provided in February 2022 and the provider has made, multiple attempts to run my insurance and the bill comes to me because they are unable to reach International Benefits Administration. The same thing has happened when I try to reach them. I have sat on hold for over 120 min multiple times and I get either a return call saying no agents are available to help and then disconnected or it just disconnects me. They keep giving me the run around and telling me and once when I got a person in a different office, I was told to ship the bill to various different PO boxes and to forward it to different departments with no response. Now I have received another bill from collections asking for the payment because they still get no response after another 5 months. They have not paid nor even been available to receive my medical bill of $2280.00 that has been in collections. This is a **** that I hope you can provide help with?

      Take your money then don't pay your claims!!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service If I could go back in time to NOT choose this company I would!!!!!!!!!!! No rating No stars if I could pick a negative I would
