Went to More tires and auto services on September 23and paid 100 for 2 tires that sold me a tire that had the threads showing didn't notice because it was raining hard a few days later my car was wobbly and steering wheel was shaking hard. Went back with the police on Wednesday September 27th and they said they can call their cousin shop to get me another tire in my size because they didn't have anymore in my size. Now on Oct 1 going to work in Davidsonville and hr away car almost got into and accident because the tire went flat.Business response

That day that costumer comes to my shop asking for a used tires cause I got a tire shop so we give 30 days warranty so the tire that I sold her unfortunately was bad so she wanted the money back for the tire, but my warranty policy says that we do not give money back we just give a new tire so that’s why she was mad cause we didn’t give her the money back we just give her another tire so unfortunately that tire was bad too saw i told her come back so I can put another tire in it and she was like I don’t want another tire, I just want my money back, if you don’t give me my money back I’m gonna send the police so when the police came here I explain everything to the officer so he tell me that she’s lucky that at least we give warranty in the used tires.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: They told me I have 10 days to come back when the police came back with me they changed it to 30days.They are not an honest business. They knew they gave me yet another bad tire an I was almost in an accident because the tire blew out in the highway. And at that point why would I risk my life again and trust them to sell me another tire. So of course I told them I wouldn't be coming back for them to continue to waste my time and risk my life for them to supply me with another bad tire...Don't go to them they lie and take your money and waste your time.
