On 8/25/2021, I signed a contract with ZMD Homes, LLC to provide contractor service to my condo. The contract estimated 4 weeks to complete the scope of work on the contract. In Oct 2021, the contractor caused a plumbing issues that damaged the two units below my unit. The contractor insurance never responded to my home association communication about the incident. The unpaid balance of $10,000 was added to my account because of the insurance not accepting liability of the incident. I contracted ZMD Homes, LLC multiple times to request payment of the fee. ZMD stop accepting my calls and never paid the fee. Also, ZMD received my final schedule payment of over $12,0000, via PayPal, and never finished the work. I'm asking for the BBB assist me in retrieving damages for this issue.
