Saturday, 10/22/22- event: celebrate our recent wedding (we had the wedding in PA) with our AZ friends & family. We wanted a PhotoBooth to have something extra special for everyone. Many things went wrong with the Photo Booth that day. They kept sending us info starting about a week before with things we should have know when we signed up. As per a last-second notice, we moved the entire location to protect the Photo booth from any wind (it was to be a blustery day) & put the location inside a building. The assistants showed up an hour late. We had to stop what we were doing to show them where to set up. I had to have a few people learn how to do it for when the assistants left. The assistants were apologetic and I understand that things happen, but that wasn't where the issues ended. They left and all was going well. People were lined up to get the photo booth photo. We were told unlimited prints. Well, it just kept printing out 2. It wasn't working after a while and then, when I got a message through, they gave us a pin (because they didn't leave any of us with a pin when they left). It still wasn't working. Many people couldn't have their photo taken and it bothered them VERY Much! Jacky, & her helper WERE nice and apologetic. She told me that she would get me the info I needed to get in touch with someone about the situation right away. She never did. I know that life gets in the way, but I emailed a few times with no response. I also tried to email another address without response. By this point I am beyond upset and frustrated. On top of all of this, we never received any digital files of the several images that were taken (and there were 100 people invited to this event), NOR did we receive our photobook that we paid extra for. So we do not have copies of any of the few photos that were actually taken. Plus, after calls & emails, we get radio silence. If you need more details, or any other documents, I would be happy to provide them!
