Without any request from me, this company began spamming me by email advertising too-good-to- be-true investment offers. I "unsubscribed" from these spam emails that I never subscribed to, but the company continues to bombard my inbox at even greater frequency. Legitimate companies do not behave this way. I never sent the company any money. I would like to leave 0 stars, but BBB does not allow that.Banyan Hill Response

Hi ******, as we addressed in your formal complaint, Banyan Hill is not sending emails to you. Your email address isn't on any of our promotional lists, nor have you signed up for any of our services. If it was us, unsubscribing to our emails is simple - we provide an unsubscribe link at the footer of all of our promotional emails. I'm sorry you are having a bad experience, but it is not because of Banyan Hill and it is disingenuous of you to say that it is.Review from Liz C

****- I paid for lifetime membership and they discontinued it when Paul ******** left the company. He was everything to them and no one is getting any profits without PAUL MAMPILLY- but you can find him at ATG digital with an awesome affordable subscription beginning at $9.99 a month - that's righ and You will make money agian- the more you know!!Banyan Hill Response

Hi ***, thanks for your feedback. It's true that Paul ******** retired from Banyan Hill in 2020, but it's not true that our customers aren't seeing profits. In fact, most of our services far outperform the market and some of our customers are seeing record profits. To be clear, your Profits Unlimited subscription was merged into a lifetime subscription to Strategic Fortunes, which you chose to cancel. Currently over 2/3 of Ian's Strategic Fortunes model portfolio are seeing gains of over 20%... many well over that. Give us a call at ###-###-#### and one of our agents will be happy to walk you through the benefits of one of our subscriptions. Some - like Strategic Fortunes - start at less than $5/month.Review from Jesse V

Stay away!!! I signed up for the next gen coin news letter after watching the one hour long commercial. Basically the commercial was centered around this one alt coin that will have huge gains. As far as I know they still haven’t told me which one they are predicting. I signed up for something that cost around $50 but my bank was charged $250. Another experience that lead me to believe this was really just a scam. Being a member allows you into one of around 6 or 7 categories. All of which you pay another fee to basically level up. I did speak with customer service and they said they will refund me.Banyan Hill Response

Hi *****, I see you called and spoke with one of our agents who explained that you chose a lifetime offer when you placed your order online. That's the reason for the price discrepancy. They also explained that you have not only the Next Gen Coin recommendation, but all of the recommendations in Ian's model portfolio, and they offered to walk you through the website to get your subscription information. If there is anything else we can do for you, please let us know.Review from Charlotte F

Yesterday, I signed up for their 'Next Gen Coin Newsletter' and they charged my account $208.00 but they advertised at a $47.00 Special. Thanks to my bank notifying me of the charge, I was able to cancel right away. Beware!Banyan Hill Response

Hi *********, I'm sorry you didn't have a great experience. It looks like you chose our lifetime offer when you placed your online order, which is why you were charged the additional amount. Your subscription had a full one-year money back guarantee so there really was no risk to you, but we would have been happy to adjust your order. If you'd like to resubscribe, please call us at ###-###-#### and one of our agents can make sure you get the subscription that best fits your needs.Review from Clarence P

These people put together great videos to lure you in. But do not do anything they said they would do after you pay them.Review from Stephanie H.

My husband and me have been paying for sound investment insight for a few years now. This years as been a year we have questioned Banyan Hill's ability to make good decisions. They are very good at selling them their services but recently I question their financial recommendations. We have lost a lot of money due to the positions Banyan Hill has recommended.Review from Michael C

I subscribed to Paul *********** lifetime subscription at $15,000. I should have known something was up when they offered to take 4 quarterly payments and then called me after the first month to offer a discount to pay the remaining balance in full. I called after 9 months and a 30% loss to ask about the “1 year money back guarantee” only to be told that it applies to the individual programs that make up the Inner Circle, but not the lifetime membership. Further, all of my email correspondence was met with generic “Call this number so we can talk about it” type emails. Looking back, nothing was put in email regarding payment terms or money back guarantees. I would recommend you stay far awayBanyan Hill Response

Hello and thank you for your feedback. You purchased the Inner Stock Pro for which there is explicitly not a one-year money back guarantee as there is for our annual newsletters. However, it looks like the agent you spoke with did waive the annual maintenance fee for you.
If we referred you to speak with one of our agents by phone, that's because you made your original purchase arrangements by phone. Any email questions you have about the individual services or recommendations will be answered by email. Please let us know if there is any other way we can assist you.Review from susan z

They come up under different names ,like banyan hill, brownstone research, etc.Offer the symbol of a "fantastic" stock, then after an hour of chest banging, give you not the promised symbol, but options to sign up at a good price, for a monthly publication, bonuses ,guarantee for full refund, daily newsletter, etc. Once you give them your card number, they start talking you into buying 2 years, then for life.. .Once you have signed up, they forget to send you the link to the website, the symbol, but you start getting the daily letters, which solicit some other stocks, other "$Trillion deals".. soon your email grows to 100/day. . you have no time to trade, because you can't handle the slew of useless emails,... and so on. When you cancel the old subscriptions which did not work, they are" hurt" and refuse to work out the problems and will not talk to you anymore! 'Banyan Hill Response

Thank you for your feedback. We don't have a business called Brownstone Research - Banyan Hill Publishing is our business name.
There is no requirement to take a 2-year or lifetime subscription, however they are often the best value. Our welcome material provides everything you need to get started using the subscription. If you don't receive your welcome emails, you can contact our team by phone, email, or chat and our agents will help you resolve the issue.
If you would like to be removed from our promotional emails, or have any other issues we can assist you with, please don't hesitate to contact us. All of our contact information can be found at www.banyanhill.com.Review from Thomas E

1. **** and ******* BOTH checked out my phone. they both sent a series of texts and i received all their texxts. in addition, I asked over 100+ of my contacts to senfd a text. RECEIVED ALL OF THEM. Do you want me to send them to you?
2. Banyan Hill changed their text messaging service, this is a fact. From that point on I have not rceive any text buy/sell alerts.
Considering points 1 and 2 what would you or anyone other then Banyan Hill deduce?
