I was taken advantage of because of my age (96) and inexperienced in stocks. I received many emails that contained videos by these experts. when it come time to discuss cost I was completely over my head. before I realized I had submitted two different amounts 2,500 dollars after thinking about my mistake I sent an email to them that I had just turned 96 and was trying to find a way of investing in a safe investment. I am not into this type of investments or high tech. investing a large amount of money by an inexperienced very old senior citizen is not normally something ive done. I payed with my Visa card and asked that I be reimbursed the hole amount. they returned my email stating they had received it and signed it out for review (no word back at this time)Paradigm Press, LLC Response

We've made multiple attempts to contact Mr. ******** by phone and email but have been unable to reach him. Although our premium trading services typically do not include refunds, we’re always open to making exceptions in certain situations. In this case, we've processed full refunds for both charges, which have already been credited back to Mr. ********'s credit card.Review from Madison K

Extremely fraudulent. Will store credit card info and charge you without consent. No response back from anyone when reaching out. Avoid this company and their suboptimal "recommendations" at all costs.Paradigm Press, LLC Response

Thank you for your feedback, *******. Your critique helps us grow and improve, so we always listen when someone points out where we've fallen short. We only store your credit card information if you opt into our auto-renew program. This program ensures you never miss an issue, potentially saving you hundreds or even thousands of dollars by preventing a missed trade alert due to an expired subscription. It also locks in your rate, so even if prices rise for new customers, you'll always pay the original price. If you're ever charged for a renewal you didn't intend to pay for, we’ll issue a full refund. You can cancel auto-renewal anytime by calling, emailing our customer service, or managing your account online.Review from Jane D

This company is a fraud. They have helped themselves to my account throughout the year taking approx $3700 aud without consent. There is no refunds, ability to cancel or customer service. They sell spam with hundred of emails listed as URGENT, must read etc that leads to another ad wanting more money. They sell fear and a promise they give you quality trades using a bubble score that does not work. They treat their customers with absolute contempt and offer no support. 1. They take out money befor subscription has been completed by two weeks claiming they don’t want you to miss out on a trade? So why would it if it worked in the past why wouldn’t I want to continue the service and I should I not have access it for a full year instead of 50 weeks 2. No refunds even if in an event where they take it out before the subscription is over by two weeks 3. The endless spam wanting upsells and promising new information never seen before - but it’s just more endless upsells 4. Ask Jim anything takes you to a non monitored email box 5. Countdown to Crisis leads you to apply more credits to your account which is Jim dollars that are just more scams 6. Trades that guarantee you lose money 7. Situational report that are just more fear based opinions 8. Very long videos similar to brainwashing where they repeat the same story about his brief time in the cia 9. Contempt to the customer - there is no customer service and they do not reply to emails 10. This is a solid way to hand over your hard earned cash to a Charleston 11. This is fraud. Fine turned fraud. 12. Jim needs lots of jail for white collar crime. He honestly does not deserve one star. Have a happy life and avoid this man for the rest of your lifeReview from Kevin C

I subscribe to one of their services, Income on Demand. In one of their trade alerts they state: "the income you’ve collected more than makes up for the pullback. Congrats on another successful income play! " However, based on the ACTUAL trades, the position was opened on 1/4/2022 by selling to open, STM 02/18/2022 50.00 Put. While I agree with the approximate income ($2064) generated by selling puts and one dividend since that time reported in the alert, the position was closed out by the exercise of the STM 02/17/2023 40.00 Call that was opened on 1/23/2023. My math shows a $10 spread between the put shares, or $3000 based on 3 contracts. So, this resulted in a LOSS of $936. I have called twice and emailed 3 times WIHTOUT ANY REPLY. I have asked for them to explain why this was listed in the update as as a “success”, clearly a fraudulent claim given the actual trade data which I am more than happy to provide.Review from Alan B

Apparently I am not allowed to give 0 stars. If I could, I would These guys are absolutely amazing. They sell your mailing address and e-mail address to many, many different "gurus" that all try incredibly hard to sell you investment advice. All (at least all that I have seen) is scare tactics to get you to buy into one of their services. Once you buy into one, there are surely many others to follow. They bomb you with dozens of e-mails every day, Here is a sampling from just this am: - Prepare for War - Is this the beginning of the end - Deep State - Crypto's meat grinder - It's now or never - Things will never be the same - Could be the most important briefing ever - Urgent Opportunity - Armageddon and the list goes on and on. 3 months into a subscription and so far: a) I am soooooo annoyed with these guys and their constant marketing trying to prey on people's fear of the unknown & to get me to spend more money with them b) Furthermore, I have yet to see any actionable recommendation that I could have actually made any money with. I really don't understand how it is that people like this are allowed to stay in business Alan in MNParadigm Press, LLC Response

Hi, Alan, and thank you for your feedback. I apologize if the volume of email you received seemed overwhelming. So let me start by assuring you that we do not sell your mailing address or your email address to anyone outside of Paradigm Press. Instead, we send you information about the other “Gurus” we have on staff — each with a unique take and expertise on the markets. We may also pass along interesting presentations from our colleagues and partners, but your personal information is kept under our lock and key. We stand by everything we publish, too — even if it may sound extreme. That’s because our team goes where their research and analysis takes them. In other words, it’s not scare-mongering. Our team has solid evidence backing up their predictions. So we try to help you get ahead of these worst-case scenarios, recommending the actions you can take to preserve and grow your wealth. Nonetheless, we appreciate your concerns and take them very seriously. According to our records, you signed up on 11/5/22 and canceled on 2/21/23 for a full refund. In that time, you received three brand-new actionable recommendations in your monthly issues. You also had complete access to the model portfolio, which has a number of opportunities still in the buy range. It’s unfortunate that you canceled your membership so quickly because we make it easy to opt out of additional emails. You could also call our friendly customer service staff at 1-844-731-0984. We’re standing by to help you 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET every weekday. I hope that helps and that you’ll consider doing business with us in the future.Review from James P. M

I recently paid $1,562.03 and the "Insider" at the end of November. I canceled my subscription the first week in January. The main reason I think it's a scam. I called to cancel and they said no refunds. Then the following week they talked about a partnership for $2,495.00. Then they week after that, they talked about the "Kissinger Cross" for $1,995.00. I got a bunch of emails and a book called "Sold Out". This is was a mistake on my part and to be out $1,562. 00 is a crime. I'm 82 years of age and spent my last few dollars because I believed in this man Jim *********
