I bought 4 tickets to the 5/28 Preakness -- Concourse Apron Box 34, Row A, Seats 1-4. The business advertised that these tickets also granted ticketholders access to a music concert in the business' infield. Initially, we were told by the business' agent that we'd have to leave the building to access the infield music concert. When we arrived at what we were told was the infield access point, we were told that our tickets were unable to be scanned and we'd have to re-enter the building and access the infield through a tunnel. Eventually, we were able to re-enter the building and access the music concert in the business' infield. At the conclusion of the music concert, my 3 friends and I attempted to return to our seats via the tunnel, but the tunnel was closed. Thus, we were forced to watch the Preakness on a TV in the infield even though we purchased front-row trackside seats.Business response

Mr. ***** has stated he has accepted my explanation on the closure of the tunnel and has agreed to accept 4 complimentary tickets to next Preakness 2023. Also let Mr. ***** know that I have shared his concerns with our team and we the MJC will work on better communication and notification to patrons on the infield on tunnel closures thru multiple channels including ticketing and website. I have also asked Mr. ***** if he has anymore questions or concerns that he could reach out to me directly.
