On March 14, 2022 they delivered the wrong computer - I called them right away and put it immediately back into the box. However, I was charge 3 times for it and am still trying to get my money back. The store manager used my card to refund ONE payment, but refunded the wrong payment and put my TV account into arrears, where it still stays. Then he quit. The girl at the store, who admits her mistake, said she sent a message to somebody. My same as cash price on the TV is about to expire. I need this fixed NOW. I have made repeated phone calls and emails to corporate and to the store. They just don't care. It's not important to them at all. I will never use Rent A Center again - after being a customer for twenty years. I need the money for the computer refunded and I need to pay off and close out my TV account. Thank you
