I paid $180 for a personalized outfit on December 2nd that I have not received still and she has blocked any communication after I asked her when the order would be ready. She did not give me what I paid for. It was very unprofessional quality, ****************, and burn stains which I have photos and videos of. She refused to inform me of when the items will be given to me and she is not responding to me. She has $180 of my money, has inconvenienced me tremendously, and I would like either a full or half back.Business response

This client was an absolute disaster. From the very first day she inquired from ********* I communicated. I communicated delays, unexpected shipping, costs, etc! Once completed, she picked up the outfit in a rush to receive the items (3 weeks in advance of the event). She communicated that she was dissatisfied with the outfit. I was ok with that and agreed to fix everything she had an issue with. She proceeded to be very rude and disrespectful and I told her that I was not accepting that from her and I would tell her when her items were finished and blocked her from my ******** because she kept sending rude, and disrespectful messages . Had I not purchased so much for the order I wouldve just refunded her and sent her on her way because the disrespect was not necessary. I looked at my phone during my lunchbreak the next morning/afternoon to 2 messages from her and a ******** post in a scam group. She claimed that I scammed her of her money etc. 1. I NEVER SCAMMED THIS LADY. 2. I shouldve never been posted to ******** for any reason- that is childish and unprofessional, 3. I stand by every decision I made except accepting her as a client! I refuse to accept ANYONEs disrespect when I dont have to. I told her that I would let her know when her things were done and I did that, I also dropped the items at her door as pictured above. I shouldve reported this young lady instead of the other way around. She got more than what she paid for and even some things done for free. My labor was free for this service!!!! The little money she did pay wasnt even worth the headache!!!!Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:I paid $180 for a trashy outfit, my daughter couldnt wear. This scammer left my childs items on the outside of a door. I should not have paid her anything for burned marked clothes. She continued to prolong my order and even tried to ask for more money and I told her no. What she gave was only worth $50. Many people saw what she produced and were very unhappy that she did that and took my money.
