I purchased a used 2007 Nissan Murano for my daughter on 9/14/2023 The total price for the vehicle is $5,892, I put a down payment of $4,000 at the time of purchase. On 9/15/2023, the vehicle stopped working and required a jump start, so the car was taken back to Sina for repair. They do not have mechanics working on the weekends, so we had to wait until the following week for them to replace a new battery. 9/18/2023 - Contacted Brian at Sina, to see if the battery was replaced and the car ready for pickup. I was informed they replaced the battery but needed to test drive the car to make sure it was ready. They would call me back when it was ready. I received no call. On 9/20/2023 - I contacted Brian at Sina to see if the vehicle was ready again to drive. I was informed that the car could now be picked up. My daughter goes and gets the car. 9/21/2023 - My daughter informs me that the check engine light is on the dashboard and the fuel gauge is not working. She put $30 in gas in the car and the fuel gage was showing empty. 9/23/2023 - I return the vehicle back to Sina with a request for refund, was denied and informed they had to fix the car and would return it back to me. I wrote down a list of the issues with the vehicle and left the car to be repaired. I was told the car would be ready by Monday, 9/25/2023. 9/26/2023 - Contacted Brian at Sina, to check the status of vehicle repairs and was informed the vehicle was repaired and fixed and needed to be test driven and I would receive a call when ready. I did not receive a call. 9/27/2023 - Spoke with Brian twice and was told they needed to order a sensor for the car and it would not be ready until Monday, 10/02/2023. 10/3/2023 - Contacted Brian for the car's status, was informed it was repaired and needed to be test driven and I would receive a callback. I did not receive a callback. It is nearly a month of purchasing the vehicle and the car was driven only 3x. The car salesman is stalling me out of my 30 daysBusiness response

I purchased a vehicle in may. My mom is my co-signer. I have been experiencing issues with my vehicle since I bought it. On 11/21/22 I reached out to the owner Brian and explained to him what I was experiencing with my truck. He told me it's nothing wrong with that truck it's something wrong with the fucking driver. I called my mom to tell her what happened. She talked to him about it and he told her he doesn't want to deal with me because I remind him of his son. He has my truck at his shop now but won't talk to me even though I'm the one paying the note and the truck is in my name. The issues that's wrong with my truck are things that shouldn't be wrong because I just got it in may. I have never been treated with so much disrespect. My mom has dementia and it's frustrating her to be stuck in the middle. This man is very unprofessional and disrespectful.Business response

I understant your suffer but our dealership has warranty like every other dealership that covers 1 month 1000 miles what ever comes first power train warranty. You purchase the car 2 years ago unfourtanaetly we are not responsible for that. you can always trade your car just need to be appraised what ever is the market value of today that what will you get if your credits available for purchasing car there is no problem, we dont have refund or exchange for any car we sold, thanksInitial Complaint

I brought my car the end of April 2022. And my car needed a jump start two weeks after and every day since. When I went to get the battery checked it was a battery from 01/2019. Three year old battery. Which means the battery was old and not able to function properly!! The manager stated my warranty was over! That has nothing to do with you selling me a car with a worn out battery! I neees my money back. I had to purchase a new battery for $213. I need a resolution .Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/17) */ I am sorry to about the problem you are having, unfourtunatly dealer warranty cover engine, transmission and drive axle limited time which is 1 month or 1000 miles. Battery is not part of the dealer Waranty it is customer expense it is a maintanance, even if you purchase extended warranty will not cover. But since you purchase the car from us next time if you need any parts to purchase you can come ask help from us and we let you use our discount on parts. Thanks again doing business with us have a wonderful day.
