      I should be able to file a direct complaint for SpeedX. Every review here is correct, and they also have the same reviews on Trust Pilot. SpeedX does not attempt to deliver any packages they claim they attempted delivery for. They make false claims indicating there is not access or that the address is not deliverable. They are scamming their customers and recipients continuously. They should not be allowed to conduct business. They use the same exact excuse for every single delivery. This can't possibly be a legit company. It seems as though they take the money from their shippers, and falsely claim delivery attempts to ensure they do not have to pay their customers back for shipping costs. Please investigate this entity so that customers and consumers do not keep getting scammed.

      If I can give less than a 1 star I would. I made a purchase through a company, and they used SpeedX for the delivery and it was my 1st time seeing them. Well, the driver delivered my package to the wrong address and there was no way for me to contact the company for them to correct the problem. I don't even know how they are still getting business because their nonexistent customer service does not work. There is no phone number, no email or chat to contact anyone. They only have it to where you have to submit a ticket then no one responds to you.

      Much like the other reviews of this company, I have had a package labeled as undeliverable when I live on small quiet street with little to no issue for other packages being delivered. Can't believe how bad of a company this is. No customer service of any kind. Can't call them. The online chat is useless.

      First started as them saying package is undeliverable. I assumed because i have a 24/7 guarded gate. I understand that there can be challenges with entry, so I submitted a support ticket and requested that the package be left with the guard at the gate to simplify the delivery process. I let the guard know as well. However, I received another notification stating that the delivery was still unsuccessful despite my proposed resolution. This happened 3 days in a row. Same exact excuse. This package was extremely important as it contains items needed for an upcoming funeral this weekend, and I was eager to find a solution. Emailed and submitted countless amount of tickets stating if direct delivery is not possible, I am more than willing to pick up the package from a designated location. However, I was never provided with any address or contact details for a local facility where I could retrieve it. Extremely disappointing.

      If I could give zero stars I would. I have no idea why anyone would use them! Told me my address was invalid (its not). I sent four support tickets in with explicit directions, a screen shot of maps where my street is in case the gps took them a wrong way AND an alternative address. A driver attempted three times and apparently couldnt find my address so labeled it invalid. Then, I got a text with a picture of my package and was told the address is invalid again so I text the number back and explained Ive never had an issue with an order it IS in fact valid and provided more info, no response. I didnt hear back until a week later on any of the support tickets. When I called customer service it tells you to go online and chat with them but the chat is a bot that puts you in a loop so its impossible to get an agent.

      Speedx says they could not deliver my package due to closed premises which was a complete lie because I stay in a house so there no closed entry then I got a message stating it would be redelivered on 10/30 and still not received this is absolutely ridiculous cant get ahold of anyone just an chat box how isthis company okay with stealing people's belongings like this !!!

      Twice this week I had packages that was marked delivered but packages was received . I went to my front door not even a minute later and no package . The delivery drivers are thieves . There is so many costomer complaints regarding speedx . Drivers take pictures as if they left the package but actually steals the package after marking delivered . This is frustrating and very exausting . There is no way to contact anyone from speedx . Your emails never are replied to , chat is a chat bot who asks the same repeated questions and there is no phone number to talk with a actual person . ******************

      I have confirmation and security footage from the store I have listed for my delivery, showing Speedx never attempted delivery despite listing so.They steal packages! There is no way to contact speedx as all listed phone lines are not operational. They don't respond to ********* they're allowed to operate legally is insane!

      No customer service. No way to contact them. Repeated requests on an AI chatbot to have someone contact me went unanswered.They lie. I was at home and they said no one was available to sign for package. Complete train wreck of a company.A delivery company that does not deliver.

      SpeedX delivered my package to the wrong house and sent me a picture of the delivery. I have no way to retrieve my package because I cant even get anyone on the phone or by email to communicate that I do not have my package. Terrible service
