This company is one of the worst companies Ive ever worked for and *** done *** contracting for most of my career in the work force the one in ************* is awful they threw away mortgages in the trash because they didnt want to pay their shred it bill that they where already delinquent 10,000$ on. ****************************************************************** FEMALE document management supervisor has been blatantly racist and homophobic for no reason whatsoever she called the *** managers son a f word that rhymes with maggot. Shes called ****** walkups brother a meth head shes been caught inappropriately behaving around document management supervisor Halilha **** and her and Halilha both threw mortgages away because shred it would no longer come to the office. HR generalist ***** ****** Gromewald does drugs while working and even has a drug charge. He also uses the company ****** account to get personal items since his blood pressure measurer broke Ive witnessed ****** *****, ***** **********, Halilha **** and other lower level employees throw away over 1,000,000$ worth the financial documents in the trash outside for the public to dig and find anyones routing and account numbers. *** is aware of the lien release issues and they simply dont care just like this company with your information which they also store and SELL. I feel sorry for any American that has to deal with this subpar excuse of a company

I reported it all throughout the year and guess what investigations took place, none!Making ******* video soon all about My experiences at ISN, how they put $1,000,000 worth of Americans Mortgages by the dumpster, who did it, why, and how the *** ***** refused to investigate because it was all On camera and corporate was in on it From top down all of management is compromised!!!! I would consistently request investigations on the managers, corporate officers, and supervisors for:-Sexual harassment -Sabotage -Physical Intimidation -Verbal Harassment -Most vile management I have ever seen/heard from corporate down -Negligent -Gross incompetence -HUD Policy violations -EEOC Violations -DOD Violations -Business Ethics Law Violations -Dep. of Defense violations -weapons and drugs on property!!!!!!

I just got a letter in the mail from ISN stating that I am deliquent and they are servicing my subordinate Partial Claim Mortgage. What in the world is this? Any payments I was behind on, I took out of my 401K to help compensate my delinquent balance. Never in my wildest dreams have I ever been told that HUD paid my pass due. Never. This is the first time I am getting knowledge of such a thing existing. Can somebody please tell me what this is about? What unpaid balance are they talking about? I am not behind on my payments. It says no action needed at this time. No amounts are currently due on the Partial Claim. A Partial Claim does not accrue interest and does not require monthly payments. You may voluntarily prepay the outstanding balance of the Partial Claim in part or in full without penalty. What in the world? Do I need to get a lawyer for this? But, I'm reading the reviews that people have lawyers who's been trying to reach customer service with no luck. This is corruption and deceit at its worst!!

This company is in contract with *** and hold liens from individuals from Covid related forbearance partial claims. My claim was paid of almost two years ago and they never filed the release. I cannot do anything with my current mortgage until it is released. You cannot get anyone to answer the phone. *** service center cannot get through to them. They are horrible. *** should find a new contractor.

I have a home that is under contract and closing process has been delayed three times now because ISN, Corp has not responded to any phone calls (average hold time is 90 minutes) or emails requesting payout instructions (as required by HUD) for a lien that has a zero balance! I had a similar issue with the previous HUD contractor, NOVAD, for whom I had to wait over a month to receive payout instructions and confirmation of the zero balance on the lien when obtaining HELOC. Now we are ready to sell and can’t complete the process. There are no live customer service representatives at ISN Corp. to help process requests and there has been no response to myself, our agent, or the title company from ISN Corp to resolve this matter. We are now in limbo carrying a mortgage and rent at our new residence. This company needs to be investigated by the State Attorney General’s office and have its contract with HUD revoked!

I have been trying to get a Partial Claim Mortgage release since October 2021 for my property which I have been trying to sell since then. This claim was paid off on July 23, 2021. I have the cancelled check showing that it was received and cashed (it shows the Dept. of the Treasury's stamp on it). I have called and emailed this company several times but still no resolutions. As of today, 12/22/2021, my case has been escalated 7 times and yet still no resolution. When you call the toll free number provided you reach a customer service rep who says all they can do is take your complaint and send it to a manager who will escalate it further. I have been told a manager will get back to me in 24 -48 hours and no one has returned my calls. I have emailed and got a canned email response stating that I will get a response in 4 days, it has been 6 weeks since that email. Today, I spoke with customer service rep, Jackie, who again stated that the only thing she can do for me is send this up to her manager who will take it from there.

My subordinate loan was transferred to ISN corporation. I am trying to sell my house and requested a pay off amount a month ago and still haven’t received one from them. my original mortgager is threatening foreclosure because this 48hr tops process has lasted this long and i am now responsible for paying rent where i moved to and my mortgage for the house that is still waiting to be closed on. I could lose my property because of this delay. they have no live customer service for this department and any other option you dial on will have you on hold for hours until you opt to hang up. This company is practically a scam.
