      This company makes no attempt to secure the financial and customer information on their website. My credit card information was leaked after purchasing items from their website only 2 weeks ago. This security breach on their end has caused me hours of headache and wasted time. Digging into the situation further (and reports from other customers), Atlantic has known about the security issues for MONTHS and apparently haven't done a single thing about it. The security breach is also beyond just their credit card processor as my personal email was also used for the fraudulent charges, a simple credit card processing breach would not have this information. It's completely unacceptable that this has been going on for several months now. Only by complete incompetence or maliciousness on atlantics side could this still being going on. Beware ordering anything from Atlantic Firearms.

      My credit card was used to make a fraudulent purchase after buying a product from their website. Shawn their customer service guy admitted they had multiple similar complaints, but then in a later email said it was a security breach that was “ isolated” and had been “ resolved”. Obviously not. No apology. Customers deserve to know when their info is compromised. I now have hours invested in cleaning up this mess, and still have to make a 60 mile round trip to my bank to get new cards. Would not recommend.

      I bought an akm kit an izhevsk kit, a 1962 kit was sent in poor condition, it was advertised as being excellent. They lied and sent me a bag of rusty parts. Then and then they lied and said it was coveted etc tried to gaslight me into believing them. The kit was a rusty piece of ****. They sent an RMA but I was deployed. Then I posted pictures of them on the ak files. Then they lied about everything even taunted me with better pictures of guns. They then had the admins ban me to silence me, they are scam artists.

      These people have no interest in helping you out, they ignore e mails and give you bad information on fitting your gun instead of a simple yes or no answer. I tried settling with them they want a 20% restocking fee even though they gave me bad information on the fit. I told them if they wave the restocking fee I would pay the difference for the correct one, they just blew me off do not buy from these people.

      Recently used Atlantic Firearm's layaway plan, they were very clear. I made all my payments prior to the 45 days as stated. Made my final payment on a Saturday and my package was shipped on Monday. I was I could choose the carrier to deliver the package , but it all worked out, ended up redirecting to a UPS store since I was not going to be home. Thank you !

      Atlantic firearms seems like they’d be a good company to do business with but the customer service is non existent. Purchased a galil barrel then sent it and my parts kit off to my builder only to find that the barrel is out of spec. I am not a certified gunsmith and have no capability to check manufacturing tolerances. I understand they have a 10 day return policy but for a part that is required by their website to be checked by a competent gunsmith who had a 6 month lead time and who it took 7 days for him to receive it from me in the mail that is unrealistic. I asked for an exchange or or a slight refund to cover machining costs to fix it and they told me in no uncertain terms to go pound sand

      I admit to being skeptic in making my first purchase of IMI Galil Magazines from Atlantic Firearms, due to the negative reviews. However, my purchase was smooth and I was kept informed on every aspect of my order. My order was was expeditiously processed, and I was provided with a USPS tracking number. I am very happy with my purchase, and will definitely buy more products from Atlantic Firearms.

      Tried to order a surplus firearms from them on 2/26/2022. Their website would not allow me to complete the transaction, for reasons that contradicted the stated company policy on the website listing for the item. I contacted them immediately, and was given a run-around until the item sold out. I missed out on a deal I was waiting a long time for because of their terrible customer service.

      I ordered 1,000 rounds of 5.56 and they sent some email asking to confirm my address. No big deal, I confirmed it. They said they'd go ahead and send my ammo. Instead, they never sent it (after prices had gone up) and when I went to call and find a resolution, a call center from overseas told me that they would have someone call me back. Never got a call back, never got my ammo. Looks like others have been having the same problem. With how difficult it is to find it at an affordable price, I'd highly recommend putting your faith in someone else. They don't deliver.

      Mr. ******** placed a ammunition order via our website on 2/16/22. For fraud and security reasons we require the customers billing and shipping addresses to match. If they do not we reach out via email to enquire as to why they don't and to make sure the customer can sign for the package upon arrival. In this case we started emailing Mr. ******** on 2/17/21 and sent a total of 3 emails with no response from the customer. After 12 days of the order being placed and with no responses to multiple emails we cancelled and refunded his order. We would have loved to ship this order to the customer and don't ever wish to have to cancel an order but again for security and fraud protection of our trusted customers we must act and we did so after 12 days of the order being placed. We let Mr. ******** know that he can reorder at anytime but must either have a matching billing and shipping address or respond to our requests for more information via email.
