I went to Cava on March 17, 2023, around 6:30pm in evening in Irvine, California location. I was approached by rude employee that was very impatient with new employee around and yelling on him in front of us. She was very impatient with us because I could not understand her and she start to yell on me and rush us so we had to ask cashier to fix the things. No sauce on our bowl and messed up several other people orders as well we had to look for our orders. And I see other employees texting and chatting in the kitchen. She forgot to give us pita bread since we order a bowl. It was very frustrating experience. We could not find manager to complain. I would like to speak with someone in corporate about the experience we had in CAVA location. It would be great to communicate through email.Initial Complaint

I placed an order February 18th, Order Number ********** I paid extra for a full order of meatballs and was only given a half order despite getting charged for the full amount. On top of that, multiple toppings were missing. I have reached out to the company 5-6 times and received no response and they even deleted the pending ticket. I asked for a refund since it was placed online and no one has ever reached back out. I do not want a credit to the store since I honestly will never dine here again. I've given it multiple chances but 9/10 times, they don't fulfill orders, items are missing, or they overcharge and under deliver.
