I stopped by Guy Fieri's American Kitchen & Bar Cancun to pick up some food before our flight. There wasn't much of a line (less than a handful of people), and since it was in a food court, assumed I could get my food quickly like 99% of other airport food courts. Long story short, I waited 15 minutes for our food before my husband called me from the gate and told me our flight is boarding. I had no time to cancel our order (which was $42.95 for two burgers) and left without our food. I have traveled all throughout my life and this has never happened to me. I contacted the company after the trip and they said they would follow-up with me in two weeks. Never heard back. I will never buy anything from any Guy Fieri business after this. It was bad enough that I could not get my food within a reasonable amount of time before my flight but the customer service is non-existent.
