I visited this Smoothie King location on January 7, 2023, at approximately 3:00 pm, to order one smoothie. After waiting for approximately 20 minutes, I went to the register and asked to get my money back. The manager stated that she couldn't give me a refund. I asked her why I couldn't get my money back and she said she had to call the manager. The manager, a man, told me over speaker phone that something was wrong with their system. I said nothing was wrong with it when they took my money. He kept stating that something was wrong with their system. He then asked me to come back tomorrow. I told him no, I will not come back tomorrow. The manager then removed the money drawer from the register and went to the back of the store. I left the store without taking my smoothie and without getting my money back. I want my $5.99 back!
