      I purchased the High Intensity LED 120 C2 Icicle light set from Menards and hung them up this past Christmas season for the first time and a whole section of lights is out. I called the customer service number on the box of lights and was told to cut the end of the cord with two lights and mail it in. She didn’t offer a case number or take any of my information down or anything associated with me calling and filing a complaint about the lights. And I had to ask her where it needs sent to, she didn’t offer up the information on her own. If fact, she said isn’t the address listed there. I said no, it’s not. I don’t know about just cutting the lights and mailing a piece with no system tracking that I even called. It seems as though their customer service is lacking some details. I feel like if I send in the end of the lights that’s the last I’ll hear or see about it. I would like to know with confidence that I can get these replaced or refunded.

      I ordered the snowflake pathway led lights 5 count. I opened package excited to put up the decorations onky to find I’m missing one of the black stake ends to put last one in the ground!

      I first reached out to the business on November 10th. I was advised of the process to get replacement Christmas lights. I was told that I had to cut the plug with 2 lights attached on each of my strands of lights that needed replaced and send them in. I was also told that the items would be replaced anf shipped out the same day that they were delivered. I completed this and the items were delivered to the company on November 15th. I called and confirmed that they received my items and asked when they would be mailed out. I was told possibly that week, that they have to send it back to the warehouse for them to pull the items. I waited until the 20th and asked again. She said that she wasn't sure when they would ship. I called back in the 27th and asked if they had been shipped. They stated that they had been on the 26th but they couldn't provide the tracking information because they had put in my email incorrectly. To give it some time. I waited another week and called back Tuesday of this week to be told at first that they didn't even see where I had requested replacements and that they would have to start the process over again. Then a manager , Bella, stated that they did see the information in the system and she would personally go out and package the items herself. I still have seen no movement on my lights. This is now week 4 of dealing with the misinformation and the rudeness of the employees, other than Bella, when I have called. I called and asked for Bella today and was told that they could leave a message and when I stated that I would prefer to hold, she told me that they could not place me on hold, yet another lie. I want my lights that I paid my hard earned money on. I have done everything that I was asked to do. I wanted the lights overnighter to me so I can enjoy our home with Christmas lights.

      Purchased on: 11/25/23 Purchased at: **** ***** in Short Pump Va. The set of 101 was $24.99. The set of 100 was $39.99. I just bought a set of Martha Stewart 101 shatterproof ornaments and a lot of them were broken or didn’t come with the cap so I could hang them. I also bought a set of 100 shatterproof ornaments and the same problem occurred when I went to decorate my tree. Very disappointed, I feel like I have wasted a lot of my money!

      I purchased a set of 3 deer with LED lights from Costco on 10-31-2023. The purchase price was $199.99. We put them together a few days ago and everything is fine except for the buck's head and antlers, which don't light up. I have called the number listed in the instruction manual several times and only get a recorded message that says not to leave a message. I have emailed several times as well with no response.

      Hello sorry for the delayed response, due to the holidays it has been very busy. Unfortunately we no longer have any bucks available. I can give the customer a call on Monday morning to give them the option of emailing us a copy of their receipt so we can issue a refund or the customer can take it back to the store they purchased it from.

      Thankyou for the address. we will be sending teh refund check out to **** *****, ***** *** ******* ***** ********* ** ***** in the amount of 211.99.  refunds are issue teh end of the month and go in the mail first week of the following month.  She should have the refund by Feb 7th.

      I visited the ****** ******* in Flagler Colorado on November 24 around 11 AM to purchase a new Christmas tree that was on Black Friday deals. We had recently moved and lost our previous Christmas tree to water damage. So I decided to buy the 6 foot unlit Christmas tree by EverStar. Upon getting it home and opening the box I found the stand that holds the tree up was broken. I attempted to glue it with no success. Within the packaging, there was a do not return this product to ****** ******* message, and a number to call if I was missing any parts. I proceeded to call that number and nobody answered with the voicemail telling me not to leave a message but to reach out via email at ***************************** I have not received any follow up from them about this issue and I am hoping the Better Business Bureau can help me get a replacement part. I currently have my tree set up in my living room leaned up against the wall, but it makes me wary as I have a two year-old at home, and I do not want to fall on him.

      Hello, I purchased a 6ft Artificial White Christmas Tree and opened the box to see all four stand legs were not included. I found a note asking the customer to call a number (which asked customers to email the company directly) and not to return the item to DG. I emailed on November 25 and called five times today (November 28), but I have not received an answer. Please help. My daughter was looking forward to having this tree in her room before Christmas.

      I purchased the 2-foot lighted musical rotating tree an it does not rotate the mu music and lights work sometimes and sometimes they don't it's like there's a short in it somewhere or something's loose I would just like a replacement

      I contacted Everstar Merchandise on 12/28/22 regarding a Joy Sign I had purchased via ***** **** which was purchased and shipped out to me on 11/16/22 the sign worked for about 3 weeks and quit working. I emailed the receipt after speaking to a representative at Everstar and was advise they did not have the parts but I could either return the sign to ***** **** for a refund or I could email the receipt and I would be refunded by Everstar directly. I emailed the receipt and received an email from a Melisa * indicating the refund would be issued on the 25th of the following month. The check was received in the begining of Feburary and I deposited the payment on 3/3/23 the check has been returned by Everstar Bank on 3/7/23 when I reached back out to Melissa to determine how we can correct the issue and try to obtain my refund to include the fees associated with the return deposit her response via email was the following: Customer Service 11:50?AM (37 minutes ago) to me Hi ****, Not sure what your banking issues have to do with Everstar. We issue refunds by check through the mail, what you do with that check is completely on the customers end. Best Regards, Melisa *. Everstar needs to take on financial responsibility to ensure all checks they are the funding to be covered and they should be covering all fees to any customer associated for returned checks.
