This is my second attempt at sending. Miracle ear in Glen Burnie gave my mothers repaired hearing aid to another customer. No one in this household picked up a repaired hearing aid. My mom is 87. I have called several times sent several messages to office manager billy jo who I believe is racist snd conducts fraudulent Activities out of that office. after giving my mothers hearing aid away, Billy Jo requested that my Mother pay $500 for a replacement. We did not pick up a repaired hearing aid. I have sent several messages to headquarters and I recieved a message yesterday on my phone that the complaint is now closed My mother has been without a hearing aid since Dec 2021. This is a scam office and I believe Billy Jo is prejudice by the way she has acted towards my mom and fraudulent. My mother who is 87 cannot hear and should have to undergo this kind of treatment and should be given a hearing aidBusiness response

I did mistakenly give her repaired hearing aid to another client she showed up at my office on January 19, 2022 and I asked her how can I help you, she replied I am here to pick up my hearing aid ,I said I am sorry but what is your name and she replied with her name, I had her sign for the repair and gave her the hearing aid. On March 14, 2022 her daughter called asking where her mother's hearing aid was and I explained that it had been picked up in January and that it had been signed for. She called me a liar and made several accusations against me at that time. She then showed up at my office a couple weeks later and was copying her mothers file when she noticed there was a wrong phone number. I called and the other answered the phone and scheduled an appointment on Monday, April 11th. At which time she did return the hearing aid and said she thought we were giving her a free hearing aid. We decided to order the actual brand new hearing aid with a three year warranty. I delivered the new hearing aid today April 22, 2022. I told if they needed any help to please give me a call.
