Absolutely would not recommend!!!!! If I could give them 0 starts I would. Rodent infested!!! No roaches but rats and mice everywhere!!!! We have a total of 2 washer and 2 dryers that we share across 2 buildings with about 22 units (not enough) 1 of the washers have been broken for 2 weeks now I called and spoke with Cindy the manager and she claims to have put in a work order here it is a whole week later the washer is still filled with black moldy water. I called to report the washer being broken and the MANAGER literally asked me did I call the washer company!! I DO NOT WORK HERE YOU DO! That's not my responsibility!!! I have spoken to multiple residents in my building who said they reported it broken way before I did!! We constantly get notices about the balcony for an apartment we rent. I had my kids bikes out there and a hoop for my son that he got for his birthday that apparently violated or lease agreement. You pay a shot ton for no amenities whatsoever. Apartment is practically falling apart. Mold in the bathroom which the maintenance men keep telling me it's water damage! I think not!!! Stay far away it's not worth the headache or the price trust me you can find way better for the same price or a little above it. Based on management and the upkeep of the property don't waste your time. The worst apartment complex I have ever stayed at! The playground is ****** and there is only 1 for the entire million dollar community that's broken up! Do not speaks your hard earned money here

With regard to her complaints regarding maintenance requests, we reviewed our maintenance records and find that our staff has always promptly responded to all requests for service. When mold was reported in December of 2020 during the height of the pandemic, our Maintenance staff immediately inspected and found no mold. They determined the floor was getting wet when the residents were taking a shower and our Community Manager discussed keeping the shower curtain in place and wiping up any water that may escape to the floor outside the tub. This conversation was never intended to be of the nature as described by the resident and we think the resident misunderstood that our Community Manager was trying to assist with the issue at hand.
The resident reported mold a second time, over a year later in March of 2022, the Maintenance staff again responded immediately and found no mold, but did wipe down mildew in the bathroom and replaced all the caulking around the tub. Evidently, the actions of our Maintenance staff were not satisfactory to the resident, but we feel the concerns of the resident were addressed and more.
Finally, with regard to the laundry facilities, it is not our equipment and signs are posted letting residents know they need to contact the company who installed and maintains the equipment. However, if a resident reports to the Community Office the laundry company is not responding, we are happy to contact them as well. This resident did contact us and yes, we asked if she contacted the laundry contractor, we would ask anyone calling about the laundry facilities the same question. Pursuant to this conversation, our Community Manager promptly called the laundry contractor.
In conclusion, we feel it is important for you to know that on April 12, 2020, we offered the resident a release from her lease obligations and offered to waive the fees normally associated with an early termination. The only requirements are the resident gives us a one calendar months' notice, of her wish to end the lease early and be current with her rental payments. She said she would get back with the staff about the Release, but she has yet to contact the Community Office. We are very sorry to hear the comments made by this resident and hope she can appreciate our efforts and that of our staff, and change her opinion of the Community Manager.
