In short, I have been dealing with this company since June, 2021 and they continue to refuse that their inspection was complete and they didn't miss anything. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General in MD and got no result. 1st American Home Inspections, LLC is not taking any responsibility on the issue even though I have all the proper paperwork.
Mr. T**** is still insisting on finding a loophole to avoid his error but simply complying with the reimbursement of the repairs. I am sorry to do business with this company, and would not recommend it to anyone. I am surprised that they are still in business.

I am sorry for your trouble with this home. The Attorney General's office would have helped you if I had done anything wrong. You did not hire me for mold testing, the inspection agreement that you received days before the inspection clearly omits mold from the inspection unless I am hired to perform mold testing. The Maryland Standards of Practice, which you received days before the inspection clearly omit mold from a home inspection. The inspection agreement, and Standards of Practice are not loop holes, and are meant to protect us from people with unreasonable expectations. Had I seen the mold you claim was present at the time of inspection, I would have pointed it out to you, but the entire basement had furniture, and stored items in it. I also included a $2000 warranty against mold when it was not reported, or present on the day of inspection, but you rejected that out of hand.
Very respectfully,
Henry "Sonny" T****
