Our blower with A/C unit broke 8 months ago and we filed a warranty claim. An employee came to our house and diagnosed the issue as needing replacement. At that time, the part was ordered. Multiple follow up calls and text messages to the company over the last eight months to get our unit up and running. Finally, the tech came out yesterday and replaced the blower. The unit has been running for over 24 hours and wont turn off- even though we manually turned it off. Can't get anyone to return our calls about the unit running non stop. Expressed concern over malfunction codes being displayed on the thermostat and still no response. A/C is constantly running and 39° outside. I'm beyond upset.Business response

We have maintained contact with the homeowner. We are waiting for a special order part. He has been advised of an ETA. There should have never been a complaint filedCustomer response

My air conditioning is still not fixed. The third part was ordered March 7th with 7 to 10 day delivery. Still no word on the part. The original request was submitted 10 3 2021 no ac since two blowers which I wasn't informed of until after this initial complaint, tech you sent out was not knowledgeable and left with the blower constantly running, anyways please continue to correct this issue I don't want to have to respond to BBB with details. b>[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response.
