The Issue occurred 9/28/22 , the Online Banking wasnt available for Hours , then when it did start working, I had a negative balance. This has occurred several occasions. This seems if someone is doing stealing money from Customers Accounts.Initial Complaint

Credit Union has charged "system generated" fees for **** payments received after a due date, even though I paid EARLY and even paid DOUBLE my principal amount for my Heloc loan. When I asked about the fees, the load specialist, and her manager, said "we just can't do anything about the fee (fee was only 4 dollars), because it is system generated. They claim, I paid "too early" and so was still charged. When I said this is not acceptable, they said, our system cannot remove the fee.This report is to ensure this does not continue happening to myself and other customers. I have had problems with this Credit Union in the last for "system generated fees" and have had to call, and explain or remove the fee, which takes time, undue effort, and is the perfect example of a bank not delivering on its customer service oblgations and fairness promises. Even if the fee is only 5 dollars, or **** dollars, the inability of the bank to take action is what is disturbing, and I would use another bank if I were not already "locked" in as a customer because of the large size of the Heloc loan. Again, I have not missed a payment, and in fact transferred my money a week early. Bank said "this was too early". *
