My two dogs have been going to this vet for many years they are seven and eight year old pugs one of which have pretty serious medical condition s such as thyroid problems, severe allergy conditions, and hip displacement problems which she takes three different medications fore. The other dog pretty healthy just getting older with older dog problem. On November 3 2021 the one pug became very sick with diarrhea and vomiting for no known reason my wife called to try and get my dog seen immediately they said no they were busy they could see her three days later at the soonest my wife explained that was not acceptable that this was a emergency the receptionist told her that's all she could do and she hung up on my wife. So about a hour later I called got the answer machine left message wanting to know how and the hell did they think three days later was acceptable for a emergency and I wanted a vet to call me and explain that not the rude receptionist who is the only problem at the office. They did try calling me back but unfortunately my job takes me out of cell service a lot and I couldn't get the call. The following day I call again my dog much worse and I say can you please see her today the receptionist says hold please a few minutes later the owner one of the veterans who is the owner comes to the phone and says his receptionist told us to go 2 hours away to the emergency vet in another state ( which she didn't) and they would no longer see my dogs because I was rude to the receptionist. I never talked to the receptionist I left a message on the machine so a flat out lie. My complaint the vet in Christanbrug va would not have seen us even if they would have told us to take them there because of their Covid-19 rules.2 if your animal is under the care of a vet for a specific medical condition they can not refuse you medical treatment hip displashi and thyroid problems and they did over one employee lie.3 my dog has been without her medication for almost a month and refuse to refill it and even denied my request to have Chewy.com refill them by just sending a fax that my dog was written these meds monthly for nearly 4 years.4 With the Covid-19 guidelines in my city all four veterinary offices do not allow you in there office only drop off only I do not think my dogs should have to suffer with people they don't know and I can't go in with them when you can not denie treatment to animal under your care as there vet which they clearly did. Because of their negligence my dog s health has became very I'll she can't hold food down has a growth under her chest and has no energy to hardly move. My other dog who has not had her thyroid pills in 30 days has gained 6 pounds had her paw pad's have gotten so bad they will soon be infected her hair has fallen out because they haven't sent all the test documents to a another vet ( that I don't want my dogs going to) but have no other choice but to seek medical attention for them. And to close a employee of green valley animal hospital has brought to my attention that the real reason they don't want my dogs seen their is my wife has a lawsuit filled against ********************* ( not green valley animal hospital) of which the owners wife is a high up for, I also work for ********************* no one person is being sued it is the county board it won't nothing come out of it for his wife she as nothing to do whit the lawsuit just something she can laugh about with the higher ups. This clearly breaks a veterinarian ethics and a business obligation to treat a patient pre existing condition on the grounds of descreamtion of his family member and I think retaliation to the healthy well being of my animals are sicking and action should be taken on your behalf to ensure the citizens of ************* should not have to suffer from such petty retaliation of paying customers like it has been done to my dogs who I think of as my children and I. I have spent over 7,000 dollars here from the bank records and care credit card that I have gained access to in the last few days that's a lot to get treated this way and no one should set out to let a animal suffer or die by refusing to let a third party write medicine to my dogs that could save their lives that is not a person who should be trusted with the life of other peoples animals. I have my evidence and records I bet they can't prove their lies. I just want my two dogs to live and I am not a veterinarian to write the medicine they need and I pray for the hate this business has in their heart that they can let animals die for petty reason that has no barring on their health or pocket book
