I reached out to get an estimate to remodel a few bathrooms in our house. A representative came out on October 13th to assess the job. I reached out on October 18th to check on the status and was told it takes 5-7 business days to receive the estimate. I hadn't heard anything by October 25th, so I sent a follow-up email. They emailed me October 26th and said they gave me the wrong estimate timeline, and that it's usually 7-10 business days. Their email also mentioned that they'd get in touch with their project manager to find out the status. At that point, I asked if I could get a refund because it had been nearly two weeks. They responded that they'd pass it on to their office manager. I hadn't heard anything by October 30th, so I called and spoke to someone names Shawn. Shawn said the company would be issuing me a refund, but he had to wait for the owner to come back on November 1st. As of the day of this complaint (November 9th), I haven't received anything. So I called them back to follow-up and was told they couldn't do anything until they talked with their office manager. Their customer support has been completely unhelpful and whenever I ask to speak to a manager or someone in charge, they say there's nobody there. Since we paid by check (which they cashed), I have no recourse through my bank and the company has been completely uncooperative and unhelpful. It's by far the worst experience I've had with any type of service and extremely disappointing.
