I bought a 3000$ tennis chain from the business listed my chain is something wrong wit it it keeps breaking over and over they offered to fix but everytime they fix it breaks i keep telling them they make it seem like jm the one breaking it when im barely using this chain supper annoyingBusiness response

Hello,
Tennis chains are very preciuse jewelry and it need to be wore it carefully. We did fix many times because customer keep breaking just to make it clear nothing happen by itself. We sell this jewelry alot and not never had any complaint. This is customer fault we gave him brand new chain, but if customer breaking this is not our mistake. We do not have any exchange or replacement policy. Customer should get the insurance from any insurance company who cover and one of thme is Jewelers Mutul. Conculusion, We fixed many times free of cost which we usually dont do but we did for this customer.

I just got the letter in mail of response they said nothing happen by it’s self but this chain break at links while wearing in neck have lots of chains I wear at same time never break , in one sentence they said they gave me a new chain which is a lie now they are being untrustworthy , but in the same setence said they don’t that , very scandalous company can’t even take back the faulty chain I was given things happen metals can be faulty give me a new one and take this broken one backInitial Complaint

On Dec11, 2022 mu fiance and I went to luxe jewelers the man kaleem asked my fiance how much he had to work with my fiance replied about$ 500.00.we looked in a book I found a birthstone bracelet liked it said 198.00. I then walked out the store because it was a Xmas present so after my fiance purchased the bracelet he told me the price of the total purchase for the bracelet the total came to $477.00 . So how did it go feom 198.00 to $ 477.00. Kaleem responded because we had to put the stones u wanted in the bracelet which to me makes no sense because it's a birthstone bracelet any stone can go in it . Okay then we get a call Dec 24th the bracelet was in go to pick it up and the 3rd s5one was chipped I myself noticed it kaleem was not goin to say the stone was chipped til u observed it in the ligh and was like wait somethings not right .kaleem replied oh I ment to tell you the stone has a chip you'll need to bring back to have the stone redone free of charge . Took bracelet back on Dec 27th kaleem said be dine in 3 -4 days well here we are Jan 2, 2023 and still no bracelet ready for pick up . Not even a discount nothingBusiness response

Hello,
The issue was already resolved, it was just delay in to repair her bracelet and the reason was holidays so thats why it took long.
