On August 16, 2023, I visited Bills Seafood and ordered one half dozen small live crabs and one half dozen cold steamed crabs. The employee rang up my purchase and I paid by credit card. The cold crabs were bagged, however, they did not check to make sure they had small live crabs to sell before charging me. I did not want the next larger size live crabs that was available and I asked to have my credit card refunded for the small live crabs that they did not have. The employee said she caught the electronic transaction before it fully processed and I should see a refund in a couple of days. On August 23; I returned to the establishment because I had not received the refund. I was told by Mr. ********* that it would take at least five business days, and to check back next week if I didn’t receive it. I returned to the store the following week after not still receiving the refund. I also took a copy of my credit card statement to prove that no refund was processed. I was told to leave my contact information and Kelly would call me. To date, I have not received the refund or a phone call. Date of initial purchase: August 16; 2023 Amount of refund due: $12.36
