      Had a driveway installed in Dec 2021. In March, less than 3 months later, there is plants growing through the middle of the driveways. But that's not mainly why I'm mad; I contact Asphalt start 3 times in March about this issue, finally heard back about 2 weeks later. Was told I will have some contact me in about a week, no-one reached out to me. About 4 weeks later, I finally heard back and was told someone will be out to "look" at it, not even fix and this is about 2 months after I initially contacted them about the issue. Now we're 2 months into me just trying to have someone get back to me and even schedule to look at the mess. When I ordered the driveway work it took about 2-3 weeks for them to come give me a quote, get the work done and be paid, so why is it taking over 2 months just to have someone come out and look at the quality of the work provided? O I forgot, I already paid and they have their money, no incentive to followup on the supposed 2 year warrant on that work, that's gone terrible after 4 months only. I've had 3 no-show appointments thus far I'm which they were to come out and look at it, and not ever once a courtesy call saying they want to reschedule, I had to followup each time a few days after they did not show. I would hate to see what the wait to actually get the issue corrected would look like. Which their prices were not the lowest, it was not the highest either, a little above the mid- price options, I should have went wit the lower priced competition, because this is what I was trying to avoid as they say you get what you paid for, but a driveway that starts to open up less than 3 months later, I was hoping for more than that.

The sales guy was not reporting any of this back to the office or to our service department and we were unaware of any issue with your driveway. This is not what we stand for. Our customers are our number 1 priority and we pride ourselves in how much we care long after we are paid about our work and your overall experience with us. I know I have spoke to you personally after seeing this complaint and I'm just following up with responding. I'm glad Burt was able to take a look at the issue and report to our service department what is needed. It will be all resolved within the week. Again my sincere apologies and thank you for reaching out and being so understanding. We truly value our customer feedback.
