I paid $200 to get my Cadillac converter done it took a while to get it done because he said he couldn't do no business because his boss was there once his boss wasn't there he did the work two days later the engine light comes back on and it said the Cadillac converter was the problem so I called the person who fixed on my car they said that they had covid-19 then ,they throw out there back they were short staffed it they had to pick up their son and they got stuck in traffic within the three to four months as my car was supposed to be done that first month and now I didn't know what was going on my car I asked person to fix It. what they gave me so many excuses and now they don't want to fix my car told me to tell someone else to do because they was too old to deal with petty stuff and I paid for the work to be done and I paid for work for my car to be messed up and not only that the person said it wasn't the right Cadillac converter if it wasn't the right Catholic converter why would you even still put it on why would you not tell me to get the right one instead of finessing a job..Business response
