NewBrook Home Improvement (owner Dermot McD******) is an outstanding company and we highly recommend it without reservation!!! For those who would like a little more detail, this was our experience. We solicited four bids from highly-rated companies in Southern Maryland to replace the siding and gutters on our home and all came back roughly around the same price. However, we ultimately selected NewBrook because Dermot provided the greatest level of detail in the bid, during our discussion on the initial visit and in the description of work. Dermot clearly explained everything that would be done, the materials that would be used, and their purpose. Not only did he answer all of our questions then, but he encouraged us to call him if we had further questions. And we did. All throughout the process Dermot kept in contact with us so we would know when to expect the workers and what they would be doing, as well as their overall schedule. Most importantly, the quality of the work was excellent; and always completed when Dermot said it would be. Our compliments also extend to William, the crew chief, who was outstanding. We are very pleased with the results, and we are very pleased with NewBrook. Not only does our house look better, but it is much better protected from the elements which was extremely important to us. We recommend NewBrook most highly.
